Hanging up on a customer is unprofessional and inexcusable. Her conduct reflected poorly on both the company and AAA. I expected AAA to be more discerning in the companies it chooses to represent its brand.

Tow master Mike arrived an hour later. He towed my car home and jumped my battery enough to raise my windows in preparation for the eventual rain. Everything was wrapped up by 3:30am.
