This Dr. Has been here or has been a Dr for over 20 years so I'd say she has seen everything by now. I had one spot on my back where one mole or freckle was removed and near it I had a spot that felt odd and bothers me at times. She said nothing there but could be what's called a trapped nerve! I've never heard of that before but it is always the same area and when it runs against my clothes it drives me nuts! ( I'm sure I am not going crazy I promise! Lol) She was knowledgeable on everything I needed to know. They just recently sold out so they are now doing everything by lap top / ipad and it was a bit longer because they were learning the system. Otherwise it was a good visit,I'd highly recommend this Dr. If you need one. She was down to earth and very personable made you feel comfortable while doing her exam. Then my husband had a follow up for his surgery on the new appointment day. This was not going well. I thought they would dump us for sure. I WAS WRONG!! These amazing people just rolled along with us on this journey. The office atmosphere is pleasant and very clean. The staff are all rock stars who know how to be both efficient and yet friendly at the same time. I think if the appointment had been an hour longer it would still have been great! The folks got us in and back out in no time flat and they did it without sacrificing our care. That is a skill quite lacking in most offices these days. I can't wait for our follow up!

When I walked in and told them that I needed to get new glasses, I was told that they couldn't help me because my insurance had been filed at Walmart. I told them I could self pay, and was told the frames are over there and I could take the frames to the optical person. Absolutely, NOBODY offered to get off their butts and try to help me! Obviously, they don't need the business. I don't plan on going back. I have been a patient there for years and they obviously have made all the money they need. Done!

They left a message today to arrive by 2:45 pm, we arrived at 2:30 and we waited until 3:55pm to get in. I had to complain 3 different times to get any action. After my wife had her eyes dialated they sent her home without the safety sunglasses which are usually handed out for this reason causing her to suffer. I had to give her my sunglasses to help her get home.

I also love that you can communicate with them via text and they also make it easy to schedule appointments online. I appreciated their thoroughness in the appointment, but also never made you feel rushed. Overall, it was just a great experience and I loved that they didn't try to push me into a specific contact or make me feel like I also needed to purchase glasses (I can't stand when your prescription doesn't change and they try to say you need new backup items). *this was a routine/annual contact lens visit.

I have ongoing issues with narrow puncta of the eye which causes improper drainage. When my…read moreallergies are acting up, this causes excess tearing, redness and swelling of left eye. This issue flairs up about once per year. The only fix is extensive eye surgery which may or may not work long term. Dr. Szulborski refused to call in prescription for steroid eye drops without coming into clinic even though it had been almost a year since I needed to use eye drops for this issue and despite having yearly eye appointment with her scheduled for next month. No past eye provider has refused this request given that ongoing issue is well noted in my medical history. I do not recommend this clinic for this reason and will be looking for a new eye doctor.
