The office is clean and attractive and the equipment updated many times over the years. But most importantly, Dr. Mann is an extremely knowledgeable, thorough and caring professional. Her examinations are never rushed and if I ever have the slightest problem or concern, she schedules me immediately. In addition, the office offers an extensive eyeglass frame selection. Even after moving to another state, I continue to travel at least once a year to see Dr. Mann and have her maintain my optical needs. I cannot say enough about the quality of care I have received over the years!

He put our girls at ease and spent considerable time helping them find the perfect pair of glasses to complement their respective face shapes. The end results were great looking glasses and girls that were actually now EXCITED about their glasses...all apprehension was gone! The prices were very reasonable as well. Unfortunately, the office is extremely disorganized and indifferent to patient concerns. The doctor was abrupt and unkind. She told me I needed to follow up with another eye doctor for a more thorough exam but never provided a referral. I was also told I need reading glasses, yet no prescription strength was given--leaving me with no clear guidance on next steps. I ordered a six-month supply of contacts that only lasted three months. When I came in to address this, the staff blamed me instead of investigating the issue, suggesting I use a "better" contact solution--even though I use Biotrue, which is one of the top solutions on the market. The contacts consistently dry out, and no one took responsibility or showed concern. To make matters worse, customer service was rude and dismissive. I asked if someone can help me find oversized glasses like pick them out for me and it was met with laziness. The rep told me I'd have to go thru the glasses myself. Really? What happened to the days of reps helping you pick out glasses like years ago. Overall, there was a clear lack of accountability, care, and professionalism throughout my experience. Two thumbs down. I would not recommend this practice.

Scheduling is not smooth but I can overlook that. The bigger issue comes later. They try to prescribe you the LensCrafter brand of contacts, but it takes many weeks to get them. They can not call and get an update on when they will ship or what the delay is. Their best answer is "When they get here they get here". Recently, we ordered 3 pairs of frames for all of our family members. We were told a week to 10 days to get them. I called and was told they are in "finishing" status with the lab but they have no way to reach the lab or expedite the order. It was very frustrating to deal with after you made the purchase and paid.
