Stopped in with the kids this afternoon. Though it was pretty busy for the Saturday before Christmas, my wait was not long. She brought out my order and we confirmed it was the right item. She offered to gift wrap it for me and I happily took her up on the offer. One less thing for me to wrap. Something I wasn't expecting was a wheel on the wall. Take a spin we were told. Spin Ms O did. To our delight, we won a $5.00 Dunkin Donuts gift card. Not sure if this was just for the holiday season or something they do all the time, but we were happy for the free gift. She listened carefully, looked at the examples of rings I found on Pinterest & helped me design the ring of my dreams. She was patient, helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable & most of all exuberant all the while remaining 100% professional. The process designing the ring was very exciting as we were able to generate an exact rendering of my proposed ring so I knew exactly what I could expect. Heather went above and beyond to help my husband surprise me by putting a rush on the order and even going so far as to come in on her day off to finish the ring so my husband could give it to me on New Year's Eve. Great for work clothes or clothes to go out and have a great time. I got some cheap brand-new looking bras for a few dollars each.
