Most times when I have browsed at jewelry stores in the past, I wonder who the heck would buy or wear any of the jewelry being sold. Not in this store. I think their selection of jewelry is beautiful. I initially contacted her in September to make a Saturday appointment to look at engagement rings. She was too busy to get me into a Saturday and kept suggesting during the week which I couldn't do. In addition, it was like pulling teeth to get answers from her, and she would not make an appointment with me unless I knew the cut and setting I wanted. I met Jennifer at the Paradise Craft festival and saw her beautiful designs. As soon as I saw her work I knew she would be the perfect professional to work with. Jennifer and I met and discussed my vision and she presented hers. Hers was SOOO much better than mine and I knew that she would design something different and wonderful. I was confident that Jennifer would design something that I would love and she did!!! I love my new wedding band and couldn't have found a better person to work with. Not only is Jennifer so very talented she has been wonderful to work with. She has the ability to visually show you her creation before the actual work is done. For me that was incredibly helpful as my visual skills are not the best!! Jennifer kept in touch throughout the process by sending me updates and photo's as we progressed. Everything about the experience of working with her was exceptional. I was so excited about her design on my new wedding band we decided to replace my diamond in my engagement ring with a new larger one. Jennifer selected several diamond options to show us and we picked the perfect replacement diamond with her help!!! (This was not in the original plan but we had discussed replacing the diamond for many years and we knew this was the right time and the right designer to do it!!!) Pick up your unsold items because the owner lies and says she donated them when in fact she sold them or has them in her back room. I asked about several expensive items that she claimed did not sell and donated, suddenly she opens her top drawer and says "Oh are these yours?" Disgusting!!! The owner Brenda is a dishonest thief.
