I've been impressed with how each class has been different, which speaks to all the thought and effort she puts into planning each class. The classes are never dull; they pass so quickly! My family loves that InNae purposely keeps their classes small; it allows for more personable, hands-on instruction that I doubt can be readily found at other dojangs with larger class sizes. Master Urbanik is a direct, clear communicator with everyone--young and old--which I greatly appreciate. The youth classes can get pretty busy, and on some days there aren't enough coaches on the mat to give every kid as much individual attention as they could use. That's probably the biggest area for improvement, but overall the kids are getting quality instruction and plenty of opportunities to improve. It's also a great place for adults to train. The workouts are challenging, the wrestling is legit, and there's a good mix of skill levels, so you can get a great workout whether you're experienced or just getting started.
