This was insanely unprofessional and scared me and my dogs as we did didn't know somebody was going to be entering the backyard. This person didn't even knock on our front door to ask if it was OK to start the service. Also, you say that you texted me and then I responded but I never responded. I couldn't have possibly responded as that's not my number anymore. Unless somebody else responded on that new number that's all I could think of, but I literally don't have access to that phone number anymore, so it could not have been me that responded. I had responded to you previously but ever since our initial first text after the first day that you cleaned my house I never responded after that because I got a new number after that.

They usually shake really bad but because the Dr is so gently they are just fine in her care. Can't say enough amazing things about her. And her assistant Tamara stayed on the phone with my for quite a while as she assisted me in getting the right dose in my dogs syringe which he now has diabetes. Boy am I glad that we did! Not only are they very professional while being very friendly but they do an excellent job caring for our pet. The surgery cost a quarter of what we've been quoted at another animal hospital and I was really glad we made the change. We slowly taking each one of our other animals over there for tuneups.
