The service I received was unprofessional and resulted in significant damage to my property due to the negligence and lack of experience demonstrated by the three-person crew. Despite a short five-minute drive between locations, the moving truck took 30 minutes to arrive. Upon inspecting my belongings, I discovered that my items had not been properly padded or secured during transport. Specifically, the dining room table base has substantial holes on two sides. Additionally, a wood sofa table fell apart during the move. It appeared that an unsuccessful and undisclosed attempt was made to repair the table before I saw it, which I find purposefully deceitful. The crew failed to disclose any of this damage until I pointed it out myself. Furthermore, I was disappointed that the crew attempted to take the 65-inch TV box, for which I specifically paid $125.00. Please review your records and confirm, your company Easy Movers Inc. did provide moving services for my family.

Reign…read morecame very highly recommended to us by several members of our community and friends who had used them. We hired them to pack for us and for the actual move and some aspects of the move were incredible and very professional and others did not go well. The quote and booking process was very efficient and professional and I thought communication from both our team leader, Travis, and from Jason, the owner, was prompt and thorough. I thought my actual moving team was wonderful. We have moved nine times during our marriage due to work relocations as well as personal reasons. The Reign team was highly efficient and the movers did a great job with moving all our furniture, even heavy and more delicate pieces. Things did get a little sloppy right a the end with boxes marked "kitchen fragile" left in the driveway and not all of the packing was logical. It was really very hard to find things because the boxes were not all accurately labeled and didn't have descriptions of what was in them. Some things were just tossed in boxes even if they had been organized in labeled bins in closets of our previous home so unpacking was kind of a disaster. We also had more damaged or just completely lost items than any other move we have ever had. We are missing things like the seat cushion from a chair that is only sold in pairs making it very expensive to replace, the contents of an entire drawer from our kitchen, and then exactly half of the hardware to put our guest bed back together. We then had quite a few things broken - two lamps, a tv, and some glassware. We also had a theft during the move that is currently under investigation with the sheriff's department. We have no plans of moving again but if we were we would consider using Reign for the move itself and I would make sure my valuables were more closely supervised but I would not trust them to pack for me again.

I moved from Ballantyne, NC, to South Park, NC. They didn't complete the move until the next day. They had to return to the residence because they lost the hardware from one bed. Also, they left items without wrapping. The next day, when they came back, once they had installed it, one of the guys asked for pay, and my card was declined because of my change in the zip code. There were three workers here, and there was no supervisor. Ok. So, when my card was declined, I called my husband, and he tried to give them a credit card number over the phone. They could not take that, and they became hostile. The guy insisted that he wanted the card physically. So, they said my husband needed to come here and give them the card. He was at a job site and could not leave. So, the guy started yelling at me and threatened to take my stuff. He walked room by room, looking at what he could take. They were three guys against two women. I said to the guy to leave my house. He refused to leave because he wanted to take my stuff, so I ran to the door to stop him from taking my belongings. My cousin called my husband, crying and looking at the situation. The guy was trying to intimidate me, so I called the police, and he decided to leave, but I stopped him because he had taken my stuff and was waiting for the police. The guy was out of control. My husband talked to the owner, and he told him to leave. We paid the bill for the move on Saturday morning, which was over $5000. I feel now traumatized by the situation. I feel like I was assaulted in my own house. You know how much stress it is to move from one place to another and care about your belongings. That's because we hired a service that says it is " professional." That was a big mistake; they are not what they say. For this horrible experience, I never recommend this company. And, too be honest I was going with a two, but going to average my previous 5 star review hence the 3 stars. Scheduling went well, boxes were delivered for me to pack, but the day of the delivery is inexcusable. Three gentlemen showed up, one lead man, and when I walked him to my 1 bedroom apartment and showed them what I was moving, including the boxes "I" packed, not them, dining room table, couch, one chair, bed and dresser and a chair. Pretty simple. The lead laughed and said "I love when they give me two guys for a simple job". From there, they took their sweet time, almost 3 hours or more. Crazy! We continued to ask what was taking so long and nothing, in turn I reached out to the Owner, who somewhat listened, but was not in the apartment to know how long things were taking. Needless to say they were not too happy that I called the boss and things went downhill from there. When we arrived at my new home, they damaged walls, floor, broke a mirror and had slashed two of my boxes with a knife, all over. Not acceptable. And, they had the audacity to say the box was like that. Ah, no it wasn't because I packed the boxes. Hopefully I won't be moving anytime soon, but if so, it is time to find another company.

From reserving the trailer to its delivery at my new house, everything went off without a hitch. The ABF U-Pack system is such a great alternative to renting a truck or paying movers for transport. The employees at this location are very helpful, and they made scheduling the drop-off and pick-up of my trailer easy. The driver who dropped off my loaded trailer was especially helpful, and he put the trailer exactly where I needed it. He also installed the ramp for me. Nice guy!

I had to find out the hard way that they are not in contact with U-Pack. This occurred on a Sunday, and of course U-Pack is closed on weekends so they were not contactable. The lack of communication meant spending more money. They were completely okay with keeping the truck full of my belongings without informing me that they could deliver it to my new home.

They claimed a "fired" employee gave us too low a price despite the salesman Bruce who bragged about the low price we were getting was because of him was the one who called us to raise the price. When we agreed to use a private storage they suggested instead of their storage they then told us we would have to pay thousands for moving blankets that were not charged if we used their storage. Stay away from this company. Whatever response they make to this they can't deny what the truth is.
