I find it incredibly ridiculous how they're guarding testers from customers who have spent hundreds of dollars at Sephora in the past and had no issues with any other location. Incredibly cheap and unprofessional move. However, I do wonder if the pay is so good that employees would guard the testers like dragons hoarding gold.
