Yeah right, listen to this... I called last week and C.J. answered the phone. I told him that I needed a clock spring for my 2001 Dodge Dakota because my horn hasn't worked for years. Other mechanics have checked the fuses, relays, and everyone diagnosed that the clock spring needed to be replaced. I kept being quoted at $714, which includes the part and labor, but I didn't have the money until now. Well C.J. went to his computer, looked up my vehicle, and basically said the same thing- that the job will be $710. Fine. I called back the next day to schedule an appt. so C.J. went to his computer again to order the part but then he asked me if my truck had a heated steering wheel. I said no. Then he said Oh wow, the part is more money without it, go figure. And then he said that the part is now $220 more, making the grand total over $900.... C.J., the 2001 Dodge Dakota didn't have the option of a heated steering wheel, and being that I ordered my truck straight from the manufacturer 23 years ago and told you that I kept it as close to the original as possible, you knew that my vehicle didn't have a heated steering wheel in the first place. Got the diagnostics totaling over 8600 for repairs to my car…read more They said many things weren't necessary but the three things I needed to address added up to over 2300. I thanked them for their time and paid 158.00 for a diagnostic and brought my car to a worker at the tram whom I am friends with and showed him the diagnostics that Christian brothers so proudly prepared for me: including the cartoons they sent to me via email. He's the chief mechanic for the tram. And he couldn't believe the bullshit this company presented me. We went out to my car and went over every line item they said needed repair. First off: the " pvc pipe is cracking and needs repair" He looked at it and went: " it's not cracked... and they didn't put the clamp back on..." Everything he looked at he incredulously stated that this company was lying to me. Said he couldn't tell if the control arm was the bushing, but he'd see once he took the tire off... So the next day he said he had time and took my little car off to inspect and did his own diagnostic....visually... 2 hours later her called me and showed me how much this company was LYING to me. They said I had to replace all spark plugs LIES ALL THE SPARK PLUGS WERE FINE. But here's the thing that really pissed me off.... To quote him: "So they found out which coil was bad and marked it, then left that coil pack unplugged so it wasn't even firing at all so the fuel injector just kept pumping fuel in fouling the plug" You sabotaged my car giving it back to me.... "Making it a dead misfire now. " Continuing ... "Thanks again for coming over and chatting with me about that. Sorry it took me so long to kind of really jump to the conclusion of what was going on with it. But yeah he had figured out what was actually wrong with your car And hid it from you. Then made it to where your car was a ticking time bomb. I'll grab the coil pack, a spark plug, an oil change and the air filter cause fuck it. He was right about that one. But he was gonna charge you some stupid amount for that. " You are THIEVES AND THE PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW HOW YOU DECEIVE THEM. Oh did my out of states plates make you think you could f*ck me?!????!!! Welll guess what..... I'm posting this everywhere . You should close. You're all scumbags
