They are a professional AND efficient office. As someone who has a busy work schedule, stepping away for a doctor appointment is not always easy. What I greatly appreciate about this office is how efficient they are with timing the appointments. I don't know how they do it, but I am always called for my appointment less than 5 min after my arrival (usually 2-3 minutes max). Dr. Cranford is amazing to work with and his team is friendly, kind, and patient. If you are in the Newnan area, do not hesitate to visit this office. I promise you will not regret it!

First time I've run into that scenario in more than 50 years. I am glad others have had better experiences. I sure didn't. I hope mine was a one-off. I would NOT recommend this office unless you are a perfect specimen with nothing wrong with your dental health and you have deep pockets with readily available cash flow. Dr Smaltz had an emergency message on the phone line indicating that his current patients could text him a message in case of emergency. I wrote him a note explaining my situation. It was obvious in his communique that he understood the fact that I didn't have a dentist and I was in dire need of seeing one. I was able to make an emergency appointment for the following day. I felt so fortunate to be able to see him so quickly. When I met the staff and saw the doctor, I couldn't have wished for anything better! Everyone was so nice and extremely competent!! I am always so concerned about cleanliness, and the office was super hygiene! I didn't have to worry at all! I have a clear picture of the road ahead. And I know how much it will cost! This dentist is the best! I am going back to see him to continue my care.
