I'm no longer using Mr. Morris as my attorney but I highly recommend Mrs. Araceli Lerma of Lerma Law.

I have worked with many professionals in many different industries from all walks of life and these guys were amongst the top three. Not only were they extremely patient and insightful with my parents (whose first language was not English by the way) they were extremely knowledgeable in their craft. We were able to complete two separate trust estates as well one life estate and everything else you would need to get that peace of mind when preparing your family for the next chapter. Not only do they set you up with a trust estate - they also handle wills, power of attorney, medical directives and virtually everything you need for end of life planning. Best of all, it's all included for one flat fee. These guys are very well-versed within state and federal statutes, and they're also amazing tennis players as well! I would trust them not only with my family matters, but a handful of other items as well. I would definitely recommend anyone that's ever looking for any type of trust estate to give these guys a call. The kicker is - they're the best price in town!

Before our initial consultation was over, we knew we had found a team that we trusted to handle a very delicate and difficult situation. Beyond their unmatched professionalism and efficiency, Ryan and Rory are incredibly kind and empathetic. They answered our tough questions with compassion and went out of their way to ensure all of our concerns were addressed. Creating a trust, securing your assets, and everything that goes along with it is daunting to say the least, but these 2 will guide you through the entire process. Even after all was said and done, they were still available to help me navigate my mother's affairs after her passing. They set us up so well that I have had zero issues selling my mother's house, settling her accounts, and all of the other random things that inevitably pop up after losing someone. I am immensely grateful to have had Ryan and Rory in my corner through the most difficult time. The cherry on top is that they are far more affordable than everyone else we spoke with, but the quality of the service they provide is truly priceless.

When it came down to business, he always seemed to be a step behind the opposing counsel. I'm not sure if he is over litigating and has checked out of his job mentally in anticipation of his retirement, but if you are looking for a family law attorney who cares about the client and is on top of things, please AVOID "Attorney" David Grigolla at all costs.

I called in to discuss having my existing divorce decree and…read moreorder enforced due to a school not abiding by California and Federal Law on the Topic specifically US Code 152 title 26 subsection e and its corresponding State Law California Ed Code 49076 Subsection e. I should have expected not a lot from an attorney that specializes in many things which means they really specialize in nothing but the condescending "Senior Paralegal" proceeded to tell me that the laws above do not exist called me out of control and degraded me in other ways. I recommend the if you are a parent who knows the law that supports your position that you do not call these attorneys. Maybe the Attorneys themselves would be acceptable but the condescending "Senior Paralegal" which is like saying the senior car was attendant is a train wreck and would be your worst enemy if you disagreed with her for any reason. Think twice about these people you have been warned. I wanted to update this after The attorneys rebuttal. The Law I am citing is clear. The subsection of the Federal Law references a person between the ages of 18-19 and not providing for at least half of the persons income to be a dependent of their parents plural. The Law does not state Parent singular or Custodial Parent nor does it mention visitation as the attorney attempt to distort the law and make me sound like I do not know what /I am talking about. This lawyer either is ignorant of the topic and is attempting to do what his staff did which is go off half cocked or is completely ignorant of the law. In either case the attorney may be good at Wills and Probate but neither the attorney himself as evident by even a cursory read of the law nor his condescending staff know enough about the law to do anything other than be a danger to your case. All one needs to do is read the special case for divorced parents that the school educational codes are using as a basis for permission for school records. Do yourself a favor and read the law. 26 U.S. Code § 152 - Dependent defined (e)Special rule for divorced parents, etc. (1)In generalNotwithstanding subsection (c)(1)(B), (c)(4), or (d)(1)(C), if-- (A)a child receives over one-half of the child's support during the calendar year from the child's parents-- (i) who are divorced or legally separated under a decree of divorce or separate maintenance, (ii) who are separated under a written separation agreement, or (iii) who live apart at all times during the last 6 months of the calendar year, and-- (B) such child is in the custody of 1 or both of the child's parents for more than one-half of the calendar year, such child shall be treated as being the qualifying child or qualifying relative of the noncustodial parent for a calendar year if the requirements described in paragraph (2) or (3) are met. In reference to the last portion of the special rules I meet the definition of relationship described in Paragraph 2 and it does not say 2 and 3 it says 2 or 3. So with the law that you can not contort in front of you, you and everyone else can clearly see that the federal law that is used as a guideline by ed code to determine if I am her parent clearly indicates that 1 I am her parent and two that both parents are listed under special rules. Now how about Ed Code and other codes in California that clearly state that a child is an adult minor not able tabor a parent unless the child is providing over 50% of their own support? The real issue here is not that you clearly do not understand the law you mistated or that you are trying to distort it so you don't look bad on yelp the real issue here is that without any prompting your "Senior Paralegal" which means senior person who has filed paperwork for a while has a real attitude problem and it started immediately upon my call to your office. If you have recording enabled on the line I recommend you listen to them. Better yet post them and let everyone decide how out of line she was. There was no courtesy no discussion about how I could achieve my rights. There was no kind explanation of why she felt I was wrong there was immediate and swift condescension and near hatred aimed at a person you paralegal had never met. That was followed by a long list of questions that were not relevant to my question which was related to how to get a school to comply with my rights, as a support paying parent, to obtain records. It was a grilling about my relationship with my daughter which is entirely irrelevant. My guess is that your paralegal hates men. Maybe you hate men too but your paralegal is certainly not in the business of having any kind of a pleasant attitude especially if even slightly challenged. So you can write about subsection e being about time a child lives at a persons house which it isn't as seen above and try to take aim off your business but you failed. I recommend sending your paralegal to customer service training.
