Parking is easy, there are several spots directly outside the venue. When you walk in, there's a waiting room that reminds me of a quaint, historic house. The front desk staff is very friendly, the ladies in the room were giggling and laughing about something when I entered, which automatically made me smile and feel comfortable... like they were enjoying their job, not just sitting there miserably. I waited in the waiting room for almost 10 minutes prior to being called back to a room. A nurse visited me after about 5 minutes to take my vitals and gather my medical information. She was very sweet and friendly. Then, I waited for another 20-30 minutes before seeing Dr. Bach.
