Unfortunately, the experience turned into a nightmare. A lot of the work appeared to be done by people who did not seem licensed, while Vinny himself was not hands-on and did not appear to personally check the details. There were serious quality problems, including leaking pipes. His crew also repeatedly left the job site messy. The biggest issue is that he took 50% payment, but the work did not pass rough inspection. He then walked away and left me in limbo with unfinished work and the burden of finding someone else to fix it. Based on my experience, I do not believe he has credibility, and I would strongly caution anyone before hiring him.
