One of the times they did repairs, they missed the actual problem which caused the damage to the furnace. One year later, another company discovered the same problem and fixed it correctly. CMO claimed the furnace was no longer under warranty but I don't think they actually cared to check. We also needed some other minor work done on our oil tank. They claimed we needed a whole new tank, new lines, and quoted us about $3500 - then refused to give us oil unless we did the work. It feels like extortion. I would steer clear of central mass oil!

I paid it because I had no choice. That is entrapment and absolute BS I paid it because I had no choice but I feel stoLen from. I do not trust this company they have low integrity and I will never use them again.
