They do not want your business for a lifetime and instead are out to squeeze every dollar that they can in this market. Moose told me this was a no-cost loan to re-fi my house and then after he ran my credit, I got this…read morecontract to sign papers with around $8k to close but the credits that was suppose to be given to me was also in the amount of the mortgage payments that I wasn't going to pay for a month or 2 while the loan "resets" itself. The average cost to re-fi is around $4k. He gave me $8k in the contract. The value of my properties were also off (very high), which raised red flags. He kept calling me while I was working during the day and that bothered the hell out of me. Everything was URGENT AF. I didn't want to do business with him after I saw that the bank I got approved for had VERY BAD REVIEWS and things could get mangled in the process and seeing he inflated my property values by A LOT. Moose assured me the mortgage would be sold as it is typical, but just I had to go with my gut and not do business with him after doing some research on his name and business. You've heard of those predatory lenders and I am not sure if he is one of them, but being put under pressure to sign all these documents with numbers that I knew were not true raised some very serious flags.

When my bill was higher than I expected (they charge $500 in advance as a base and then bill you for the excess if it goes over that), I called Rebecca to try to understand so I'd be more informed for future tax years. She didn't return my call. I called two more times, she never got back to me. Then I called her office manager Connie to inquire, and for the 4th time I never heard back. This was May 2017. I just in Nov 2017 got another bill from them for the excess amount. I think this is highly unprofessional, and don't want to work with a company who doesn't bother to return my calls after multiple tries. I would not recommend them.

Sadly, Travelers and Nickie Heath dropped my insurance coverage for simply using it! What in the heck is insurance for anyway??? We pay monthly to insurance companies.....and if we use them, they dump us or raise our rates really high. Why do they have this power in our country. I expected Ms. Heath to call me, apologize for something, but no - I guess her business is doing just fine. I'm here to say once again, do NOT use NIckie Heath or Travelers Insurance company - they are not a company who has their clients backs.
