Absolutely love Noble Coffee Roasters - outstanding coffee (really, grab some beans), friendly…read moreservice in a relaxed atmosphere, and tasty sandwiches & pastries. It's the kind of place I wish I lived closer to.

Went a bit out of our way to try this coffee shop which had received good reviews. The shop is in a…read moregray, bland industrial looking building, which also houses a gym and a rock/gemstone store. There is plenty of parking. The outside of the coffee house isn't impressive. But inside - it is rustic, large and has many tables around, some in corners to create an intimate and private space. It's very comfortable and inviting. The coffee house was clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. The staff were very friendly. They offer a variety of coffees, typical of an artisan coffee shop. There was food and different types of good looking pastries offered. We ordered a Macchiato but they didn't know how to make that. So we settled on two Cappuccinos. The prices were a bit cheaper then other well know coffee places. The cups and lids were a bit of a disappointment. They were cheaply made and I was worried the lid would pop off. Unfortunately we were not impressed with the coffee. It was watery and weak and we ended up not finishing them. This is a very nice looking shop, and the staff was sweet, but unfortunately the mediocre coffee doesn't make it worth a return visit for me.

The Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt is part of a larger Roosevelt themed location that you can choose…read moreto do one or all of. There is a shared visitors center, the Henry A. Wallace Visitor Center, where you can purchase tickets accordingly. We stopped in thinking we would purchase the Home tickets and explore the center a bit, but the friendly ranger told us there was room for us on the tour starting in 5 minutes if we wanted to head straight down to the meeting spot. The tour itself was quite informative, and the house is well preserved. This is FDR's childhood and adulthood home, and this is reflected in the house itself, where we were shown the room in which he was born, his childhood room, and the room he stayed in as an adult with its two phones - one a direct line to the White House. The mobility accommodations added after FDR's round with polio are also evident in the house, with an example of a home wheelchair he designed using a standard dining chair on bicycle wheels (so it would match when he was seated at the table), ramps, and a manual elevator he used to move between floors. The nearby grounds are also nice to explore - beautiful gardens, intriguing artwork, and you can pay your respects to the Roosevelts. FDR's Presidential Library is also located on the grounds, though with a separate entry. The Visitor Center has good amenities, including a cafe, the Uncle Sam's Canteen, run by the friendliest staff who were pulling out freshly baked croissants when we initially stopped in; a theatre where they show a film about the Roosevelts, a gift shop, and clean restrooms.

In addition, Franklin and Eleanor raised their six children at the family estate. The decor is understated, unlike like the Vanderbilt's. After FDR was stricken with polio, the home was designed for his wheelchair access. During the tour, the female guide spoke at length in a couple of areas. ***Think there should be some type of wall guide hand rail for those who are unable to stand for periods of time listening to the guide. The second floor of the home has a narrow walkway. I think the people that oversee the estate should consider my suggestion for people with mobility issues. This is why I took one star off. On the grounds, you'll see a statue of President Roosevelt and Sir Winston Churchill, FDR Presidential Library and museum, beautiful gardens and a café. Looking forward to going back to visit the FDR Presidential library and museum. Due to time constraints, we only saw half of it. In the Library and Museum, we did see an excellent exhibition of wonderful letters from famous persons (World Politicians, Scientists, Celebrities) to President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Admission fees as follows: Federal Park Pass- Free Standard- $15 A parking lot is available outside the visiting center.

When my nursing friends and I studied together we studied in the conference room here. It's always quiet and comfortable. The staff here is super nice. One of the woman that works at the front desk helped me fax my resume over to a job I was applying to. They have lots of computers you can sign into. My favorite spot are the couches by the huge bay windows in the middle of the library over looking the field. It's a beautiful place to read and relax! They also have a kids only room with tables, chairs, and tons of children's books. They also have a free kids movie night. You can look up all of the events happening at the library on their website! If you walk into the library from the side entrance the bathrooms are on the right hand side and just after the bathrooms there's a room called the "book nook" full of donated books & DVDs you can purchase for 50 cents to $1. Theres always art hanging in the hallway that the kids create. I absolutely love it!!! All the locals should really take advantage of our library. It's a great place and fun events for the kids are always going on here!

She even gave us good input for what to order since it was our first time in there and she had so much patience as well. I ordered a vanilla matcha and matcha isn't something I enjoyed my first time trying it however, it was just the perfect amount of sweetness and didn't taste too grassy like other places. My boyfriend ordered a mocha iced coffee and cinnamon bun, usually he gets cream and sugar as well however she kindly informed us that the syrups itself was sweet enough and he didn't need it to which she was absolutely right. The cinnamon bun was delicious as well :))) This place was so cozy and cute, definitely would recommend if you're looking for a small place to enjoy good coffee and pastries. I don't know what it was but the coffee here was just perfect! I'm glad I found this place and I surely will be returning next time I'm in the area. They had lots of good books and vintage stuff as well. 5/5 most def!
