CHOOSE A DIFFERENT TIRE SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!Purchased 4 95% thread Goodyear sport eagle tires, they workers where nice however they don't know what there doing, took 30 mins to install the tires and there was leaks so they had to patch them, after I left I noticed that it was leaking air took it to a local shop they said it can't be repaired because it was fixed poorly and they don't mess with already patched tires, they also mentioned a heat ring around the tires, which is dangerous to drive on he didn't seem to care about either issues, please take your money somewhere else thank you ! read more

Got a flat tire after JUST purchasing two new ones from discount tire. I did not have the money to buy a new one so I came here to buy a used tire. The gentlemen who saw me was able to see me immediately and I was there no longer than 10 minutes! The price was also a lot cheaper than I was expecting! $50 for a good quality used tire and there were no other fees! Discount Tire usually charges me disposal fees.. changing the rim fees.. installing fees.... but the total was $51.50! He took my flat tire and all, changed the rim and all. Went to this tire shop right before I went on a road trip, to have better tires for the trip, I got 2 front tires, the next day I took my car to get alignment and when I see the car I see one missing ring cap, on one of the front tires, I ask the guy from the alignment for the cap and he tells me it was like that, I go check my house cameras the driveway and I find out that I have the cap before I went to the tire shop and when I came back from the tire shop that's cap was missing, honestly I don't see another possibly of losing that cap anywhere else but in the tire shop, when they replace the cap My mistake was not to check before and after But I find almost impossible that a tire cap fall from my house to the tire shop which is a distance of 1 mile, and more impossible because the cap has a bolt lock They people at the tire shop claim that the cap was missing when I got there but I have the video leaving my house 3 minutes before and the cap was there. I'm bothered because I called the next day this happened, when I find out. And they basically told me they were closed, to call some other day, it was a weekend when I call on Monday they tell me the guy that change the tires was not there, they tell me to leave a message, I feel they really don't care, now that I stopped back they tell me this story and they also check the cameras and the cap was missing when I got there but when I ask to see the video the guy tells me that the video they is deleted every week they don't have it any more, I'm bothered because in first place if the cap was missing they should've told me, (there's a chance of 1 in a million the cap got missing on my way from home to the tire shop just 1 mike away and the cap had a lock bolt) I think they just forgot to put it back, The same way they forgot to rotate the front tires to the back, because the front tires were in better shape. They didn't do it, They don't care, never said we're going to look for it, I called the next day And they wouldn't take responsibility I don't know if they care about this review but if you see it in a year that means this never got resolved . read more

This place is absolutely horrible to purchase tires from. They purposely sold be a bad gently used tire. The tread was fine but the tire was plugged in the shoulder of the tire which isn't repairable according to every other tire places so now I have to go to another tire place to purchase and get the tire repaired. If I could give this place no stars then I absolutely would!!!! I'll be sending my husband and katy police department up there if I'm not given my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE THEY AFE FRAUDULENT AND BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!
