First time coming here and absolutely enjoyed my visit! The place was busy and took a few minutes for my coffee to be made but I was entertained with people watching I didn't mind! The coffee is absolutely delicious! At first sips, the espresso tasted florally then transformed into more of a chocolatey cocoa flavor. The iced espresso is also excellent. Ordering was quick and easy. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, answering my questions about the menu items. The environment is warm and welcoming, with lots of earth tones and plants. LOVE the paintings and the mosaics on the walls behind the counter and in the bathroom. Beautiful!

It's always nice to find a new coffee shop that takes their coffee beans as seriously as their specialty drinks. I had a great El Salvador pour over when I visited. It was also nice that when I asked the baristas they had good recommendations for which of their beans I might like. The place itself is on the small side so it gets full it seems. It definitely has what to me feels like that uptown vibe and fits in with the neighborhood perfectly. The only things I wish it had would be a few more comfortable spots to sit with a book.

We are SO happy that Mosaic joined the Uptown neighborhood! It's very quickly become our go-to coffee shop, both for grabbing quick to go drinks and for hanging out with a good book amongst the local art and beautiful mosaic backsplash. The owners are so fun and kind - who doesn't love an outfit compliment alongside a great matcha?? Truly, their matcha is well made (none of the gritty, improperly mixed matcha here) and it's delicious with their seasonal, homemade syrups such as peach, blueberry, or blackberry. The espresso is great too - we absolutely love the niche latte creations they have, a rarity for my husband who is usually a straight up cold brew kinda guy. Their pistachio latte is probably my favorite but the peach vanilla latte that I had this morning was spectacular. Overall, great little neighborhood spot that we love - it gets pretty busy on weekends as a warning but they're speedy with drinks and there's usually a seat to snag. Highly highly recommend!

I was beyond thrilled when I saw that Mosaic was doing a specialty menu! I'm not a huge normal, vanilla latte or plain matcha latte type girl so I was very excited to see new and unique drinks. Mosaic just opened within walking distance from us and I love the vibe inside. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they had a really positive energy. The place seems really nice to sit down and work in too. It's not the most quiet but if you don't mind that, it's great. They brought our drinks to us at a table which was unexpected but very nice . The matcha was delicious! It didn't taste overly milky, watery or syrup froward. I felt as though the blackberry wasn't some random premade syrup and really loved it with the matcha! I've never seen any other shop have a blackberry matcha on their menu. My boyfriend also really enjoyed his peach vanilla latte! Very happy to have such a nice, clean, friendly, unique coffee shop so close to us!

Thank goodness... we still have Cecil's in the Twin Cities!!!…read more The mood, the relaxed comfortable and kind staff who do not rush you to sit rush you to order. Instead EVERYONE is 100 % natural welcoming laid back and genuine in wanting to see you content and pleased. Nothing is ever pushed onto you. The quality of the pastrami, its seasoning, the textures and bright flavors of the breads and bagels the nova the chopped liver the extra creamy marinated Cole slaw and perfect half sour pickles ( wISH they had bialys!). All perfect. All old world. Our favorite very old deli in West Palm Beach was sold 1.5 years ago and gone gone gone are the DELIGHTFUL happy charming old staff and the perfect old world flavors, cooking. In Sarasota where we just lived the last 5 years, a new deli closed after just 2 years, and there is nothing left. We've been visiting family in Sarasota every year for 40 years. Gone too in the Twin Ciries is the ownership by brothers Scot and Stu of Hopkin's beloved Crossroads Deli just last year. The new owners, a corporation owning 6-8 other restaurants have CHANGED almost all the recipes for breads, cakes , wonderous cookies and 80 % of all pastries! No more butter, no more fine ingredients and no more of their once " Grossinger's taste/quality" STELLAR seeded rye bread! They even eliminated the lemon flavoring. In their incomparable lemon coconut cake! Their stuffed cabbage is one of their only true deli dishes left. Sandwiches are half their original size...... heart breaking after going there 3-4 times a week for 25 years........ Cecil's of course had to cut back on the $$ use of butter in their pastries. But they have WORKED VERY HARD to still retain their wonderous long long ago heart warming flavors. ALL their sandwiches are AUTHENTIC. Old world New York City flavors! Made with care and love. My husband loves their beautiful generous Nova salmon platte. Noshing away happily! I love their pastrami Rachel's with plentiful half sour pickles lots of Russian dressing and creamy Cole slaw. Mmmmmm. I hope and pray Cecil's owner refrains for a long long time from selling his rare business. We must support Cecil's too.... Or lose it with all the others, and lose part of our joy and heart. Thank you Cecil's .....

Old school all the way. There's a restaurant in the back, and a full-scale deli counter in the front. It is such a good stop. They have their own private parking lot too. Wood paneling, and a bunch of local reviews all over the walls. Clean, normal sound. Simple, with excellent customer service, and a huge menu that will have something that you like. Packed the midweek afternoon we visited, and we did not wait for a table. Loved my bowl of Matzo Soup, superb broth and the Matzo was delicious. Enjoyed my BLT on whole wheat and the homemade potato salad was amazing! Had a cherry cobbler for dessert that was incredible. Restaurant has been open for over 70 years, and I met the owner/manager, Cecil, afterward, and he just oozes customer service being a priority. It's a must-visit place.

It's difficult to see the screen unless you're standing right by the cashier, so I ended up looking at the menu online while waiting to order. I ordered the small oat milk Apple Pie Latte, and it was delicious! It had a subtle apple pie flavor, and the dried apple garnish on top was such a cute touch. I also tried the Honey Granola with yogurt, which made for a light and satisfying breakfast. The café was clean, spacious, and made for a great place to sit down, enjoy my coffee, and get some reading done. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the parking lot was convenient and easily accessible. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stop by again!

This place is actually a decent size but due to its popularity, it felt very crowded! So possibly plan on taking your drink to go. The service here was good and the man who made my drink was nothing short of a sweetheart! I got the raspberry cheesecake latte with oatmilk. This drink was over $11!! Not what I was expecting! Definitely the most expensive coffee I have gotten! Their menu seemed to have lots of unique and tasty coffees and items! I'd love to come back and try more. Despite the cost, the coffee was very tasty! In my opinion, this is one of the best coffee shops in the twin cities!
