This has been my go to spot to get my nails done for special occasions. I came here for my proposal nails and they slayed it. Now I'm coming here for my 30th birthday and legal marriage ceremony and they slayed my nails!!! I had to go to someone different since Stephanie no longer works here. Katie is AMAZINGGG! She's one of the most detailed, gentle, patient, and sweetest nail techs I've worked with in a long time. She perfected my vision. She also does an amazing pedicure. I'll definitely be coming back to her every time I need a nail appointment. I highly recommend her and this salon. They haven't missed yet. I'll say, they don't do all the bougie things like champagne and such, but I'll take flawless nails cause that's what I'm actually paying for. They are a bit pricey though... here's a breakdown of how much I spent. Every time I do nail art it ends up being $70 flat it seems. Pedicure they charged me $146 $65 for the Champagne & Rose Pedicure (60min) + Callus Treatment included I guess that means the gel pedicure was $81 (which doesn't sound right ). I got a red gel polish no design or tips. Manicure $146 Liquid gel full set $70 shape $6 Design and French $70 I also got 5 tips since I had some broken nails Overall, they do beautiful work but it's definitely only a once in a while place I come to since they charge so much. read more

Came here for the trendy nails I can't possibly replicate at home and was very pleased with the results! They take extra care in adding more layers (some places i've had to ask) and even give you a nice hand massage with a hot stone. They're very friendly and offer you refreshments, which is also a plus. My only issue is that it's a very slow process. Where some places can get you in and out in 45min with a gel mani and pedi (2-3 workers working simultaneously), here they are in absolutely no rush and want you to move from one station to another sequentially. read more

I tried another technician here hoping for a similar experience, but unfortunately my nails were damaged and the quality was nowhere near what I was used to with Lilly. Just going to drop some photos of how I left this nail salon yesterday after paying $75 for this hybrid gel manicure. After spending the entire appointment talking about me in another language and laughing about my short nails and ridiculing me, this is what I left with. Multiple times during the appointment I pointed out that they were not looking right and instead of fixing the errors properly with new product application (like a pieces that she accidentally knocked off while filing after applying the product too thin), she merely filed down the side walls of my natural nails to try to fix the errors. Look at the one photo where my sidewall is so badly filed into. Look at the glue left all over my fingers. Look at the unevenness of all of the nails. And look at the pinky nail that broke the second I got in the car because again, the product was applied incorrectly and too thin. I immediately had to come home and file them completely down just to make them even and a reasonable shape. This is the work of Cherry. But I've received similar service from others, and after yesterday's service and the ridicule I received for daring to request a nail length that is appropriate for my work in healthcare, I won't be back. read more

I came in Saturday morning, March 28 to get a gel manicure. It cost $42. I left a 25% tip. Within two days all of my nails started peeling. By Saturday April 4, two nails were about to completely come off. I went in and asked if they could be fixed and how long the wait would be. I was told to come back in 20 minutes. Over 45 minutes later the nails were still not fixed and I was told to come back at 12:30, which I was not able to do because of the holiday weekend and travel plans. The service was good but the pricing inconsistent. Today I went and had a dip powder manicure. When I checked in, I asked for a dip powder and the lady at check in looked at my nails. I had the manicure done and when I went to okay I was charged 11 dollars extra because I had long nails which they cut by the way and filed them at the shape I had when I came in. I was furious and asked the lady at check out why no one yd me about an up charge for trimming my nails a d keeping the same shape. The lady was the same person that checked me in. She blamed the nail technician which made me even more upset bc the nail technician was nice and dud a good job. I told the lady at the counter that they need to let customers know of extra charges ahead of time. She simply did not care. I laid and told her that I would never return again bc if the poor customer service. She did not care that either. This is my go to nail salon. They do great work and always remember me and my color. It's a woman run business. The owner is so sweet. The salon has a wide array of colors and brands to make your nails gorgeous. I love that they include a paraffin and hand massage even when you don't get a manicure with your dip, gel or acrylic. I've never had a bad experience here. They also have a loyalty card and give you stamps after so many you get 10% then 30% of your entire series. Had an appointment, they did my nails. I asked for red and black ombré. My nails came out looking like those old-school half-red + half-blue pills. I made comments the entire time that it wasn't looking like the photo (what i really wanted to say was that it looked terrible) and she kept saying to just wait for it be done. She says I need to pay first. I say, "I'll pay when you fix them". She says no, pay now. I say, "you can take them off of me if you want, but I'm not paying for these". I leave. She CHASES me into the parking lot to my car (I was walking so not much of a chase, but still) and is recording me saying that she's gonna call the police if I don't pay. I say, "great, call them, give them my phone number and tell them I'll be sitting at home if they wanna come talk to me", and I get in my car. She then stands directly behind my car and blocks me from leaving. I honk. She stays. At this point, I should have called the police on HER for attempted kidnapping and/or false imprisonment. However, I had things I wanted to do that day, and giving a police statement wasn't one of them. So I let the little wannabe mafiosa extort me for my freedom. Had to Apple Pay her $90 to her personal cell phone number for her to stop trapping me. I still have half a mind to call the cops but I doubt they'd do anything. Ever since my old technician sold her store to retire, I thought I would be at a loss in finding a nail salon just as good..then I noticed my coworker was coming to work with really cute and pretty nails every few weeks and asked her where she'd get them done. All of their technicians are super talented, and most can draw very intricate designs.Today I saw a technician painting 2 teddy bears dressed in a santa costume, I am genuinely always impressed by all the work that they do. [Service: 5 of 5] Techs-- Cathy, is my girl, I always and only request for Cathy for my SNS dip nails. I usually always have her add tips on my already long nails; she takes care of my real nails with such care, making sure that they don't break and stay strong so that I can continue to grow them out. Today, I got tips with pink sns dip, I showed her the design I wanted and she gave me exactly what I was asking for- it turned out even better than the original photo! --The store also provides small 8 oz. water bottles for customers, they used to offer soda as well but I am not sure if they still do. I think it's very sweet of them to offer drinks to their customers. Tips: I would definitely suggest setting up an appointment with them before going; they accept walk-ins but of course setting an appt will be easier and better for you and them. The best thing about this store is that they offer a discount for every 5th visit where you spend over a certain amount of $. (This is only if you have a stamped card from them). And every nail tech I have had after that is just as great. I love their attention to detail. I have only had one bad experience here where after I got my nail extensions off I got normal polish it was not done well and my nails looked bad. However when I brought this up to the nail techs they rectified their mistakes for free, taking the polish off and cleaning up my nails. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk verbally quoted me a price of $72 for a gel service on my hands and feet. Once inside, the staff intentionally wasted my time, whispering among themselves, and they did not even perform the work I requested (including a callous removal they later charged me for).When I decided to leave due to the terrible treatment and tried to politely clarify the pricing, a woman began aggressively screaming at me, "Paga, paga y punto!" ("Just pay and that's it!"). When I pulled out my phone to call my husband so he could handle the payment, the technician physically closed the door, blocking the exit and refusing to let anyone in or out, trapping me inside against my will.They used group intimidation, xenophobic/racist behavior, and physical blocking to force me to pay an inflated fraudulent price of $114. I left the establishment crying and traumatized. This is not just a case of bad customer service--this is illegal false imprisonment, extortion, and racial harassment. I went to get my nails done on Tuesday got a gel manicure and gel pedicure for about $100. It was bumpy and the edges were all sorts of ruined and uneven I went back on Friday so they could fix it. They go ahead and charge me an extra $60 for them to fix my nails and add two toes of acrylic on my feet and fix the polish that THEY screwed up and lasted only two days. Best nail salon I have ever been to! The entire staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Please make an appointment ahead of time because they are always busy regardless of what time of day it is. The salon is clean and has many stations. They have so many nail color options even matte colors. There is a variety of other services offered too. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure combo and the technician, Cindy was wonderful. She was very gentle and not rough on my skin when cleaning the cuticles. She even offered something to drink while sitting in the chair. My gel lasted a good 2.5 weeks and did not lift at all, unlike other nail salon experiences. I will definitely be coming back in the future. I recently visited this salon that I have been in monthly for more than two years and I spent more than $3000 having having a manicure and pedicure the next day, I contacted the salon to let them know that the nail polish had all chipped off. I drive 40 minutes and pass many salons to get to this place. They refused to fix it first requesting pictures as if I'm lying and then giving me a time that was inconvenient to return although people walk in there all the time without appointments the manager Millie was outright rude. Please do not visit this place. The work is poor quality, and the technicians get an attitude if you don't make up your mind quick enough to select a color. This place is always busy and packed. So far Hannah and Tracy do really great nails! You should always make an appointment in case if you walk in there is no one available. The place is pretty clean and they always offer you something to drink. Everyone is super nice. The only thing I notice the last few times I've been there , it has been really busy and no one is sanitizing their materials before they use it on the next person. I've seen this happen multiple times just sitting down and observing the person next to me or in front. Please always make sure they are cleaning their materials or you can get a fungus on your nails. Also when getting a pedicure I've also notice the employees are cleaning and washing their materials in the same water bowl they just scrubbed your feet in and then they put it back on their cart for the next person or just grabbing nail clippers etc from their cart with dead skin on it. This place is really hyped up because they know how to market their social media accounts which is a great thing but definitely need to work with their employees and go over sanitation procedures asap! They also give out punch cards with discounts one you reached a certain amount of times you've been there but the last punch is for 30% off and it cannot go over a $20 off per transaction. So if you're getting your nails and feet done and you thought you could use the 30% for that transaction they will only take off $20 . Which defeats the purpose of this card. read more

I am updating my review from a couple years ago. I moved and didn't go to this salon for a while, but moved back to the area and gave it a try. I went once for a dip mani that started chipping a week later. I thought it was a fluke so I went back. It was actually the worst experience I've had in my 10 years of consistently getting manicures. I called and made an appointment but it didn't matter. I was passed around between 3 different techs in the course of my French mani. I believe that led to some issues. There was a mixup with the bottles that caused the tech to put the wrong thing on my nails (glue rather than top coat). The process of trying to get this off was very damaging and my pinky started bleeding several times and was so red and inflamed. It also appeared to be bruised below the nail. She then did the design (French) with crooked lines and when I asked her to go over it again she said it was fine even though the color was not opaque yet so I wanted another coat. I had to be honest at the end I didn't like my nails. They did contact a manager and offered to redo them. I said yes because they were just so bad. The tech that redid them did a nice job. However, 2 days later, the chrome finish is completely gone. It's like I didn't even get chrome and just got a regular mani. I don't think she applied the chrome correctly. Incredibly disappointing when this was $96 all in and at the end of the day took 3 hours of my time. Adding a pic of the nails I requested be redone and a pic of my nails now. While the French is much better, the chrome appears to have washed off. I was told by the receptionist that she'd talk to the manager about a refund but never heard back. read more

I have been coming here for awhile after the lady that does my manicures left her other salon. It's quite a large nail salon with the manicure tables in the front and pedicure chairs in the back. There are about 10 pedicure chairs end even more manicure tables. You can make an appointment but still may have to wait when you arrive because they are always busy (at least when I come)- especially on the weekends. They have happy hour specials for manicures end pedicures and you can find the times on their website. It's usually like 10-3 or something like that and it's $5 off or so on some services. read more

The second technician helped and the nails look better but not sure what happened that when i got home the shine on my nails its gone. They look awful. They are very patchy and rough when touched. After coming here 10 times for a regular gel mani and pedi, I have to give this place a mediocre review primarily for the inconsistent service and a "nail factory" vibe. If you get someone skilled, you get exceptional service and nails which is what kept me coming back. If you get someone that is not, they don't listen to feedback and do a crappy job. The manager is sweet and does try to make things right when she's aware but they're so busy that oftentimes poor customer service and shoddy work gets missed. My recent experiences, nail techs were haphazardly removing my gel polish with the nail sander all the way down through my natural nail to where it was pink, thin, and tender while chit chatting and not paying attention. When I asked not to use the sander again, they pushed back and justified, complained to the adjacent nail tech (yes I understand) vs just respecting my wishes. The worst was continuing to paint my nails on top of it. I get the same thing every time, a basic gel mani and pedi, tip well, have given it multiple shots before providing an honest review. I've heard they're exceptional with the more complex designs and I think it's because only a few of the techs know how to do them and they're all really skilled.
