Saw Dr.Wenk to have root tips removed from two teeth. Never had this procedure done before. Dr…read more Want never introduced himself nor explained the procedure. He stood behind me and proceeded to administer novicane without telling me what was to happen. It was extremely painful. He then proceeded to remove the root tips with instruments and a drill. I was traumatized and the procedure should have been done under anesthesia. When he was finished, he just left the room, behind me without a word. The dental tech explained the discharge procedure, extremely fast, without asking me if I understood and if I was okay. I left the office 45 minutes later with gauze stuffed into my bleeding mouth. It was an awful experience, very unprofessional and unkind. I would not recommend this surgeon.

The needles hurt and I was scared I was going to choke since It was my first time being that numb. I panicked a bit and cried and he shook his head at me and scoffed. Turns out two of my teeth were impacted and he ended struggling. He took out his frustration on me yelling at me to keep my mouth open even though I couldn't feel it. And he was also sweating over me which is disgusting. I came back a week later because he never gave me the bottle to rinse my gums so I had a terrible taste in my mouth. He never once even looked up to address me he just gave me the bottle like it was an inconvenience. They also harassed me by mail later on to get an extra $100 out of me that my insurance already told them I didn't have to pay. They even threatened to go to the creditors. Obviously they never did because it could easily be disputed since I can prove that I didn't owe them that. This was the worst experience I've ever had and I'm glad I never have to go back. He has a nasty attitude and just wants money. So much so he's willing to harass you to get an extra buck. Don't go here !

Through out the day and into the next, the pain worsened, I called back and was able to get n emergency appointment that evening. While a root canal "retreatment" is painful enough, dealing with this office was anything but. Everyone was so pleasant from the receptionist, to the hygienist to Dr. Neary herself! Dr. Neary has a very pleasant and soothing manner and was able to calmly explain everything she was doing along the process. Anyone reading this, I urge you to choose ANY OTHER oral surgeon-- NOT Dr. Clark! I arrived to have…read moremy wisdom teeth removed in complete ignorance of the procedure, expecting to have it explained to me. Without explaining anything, Dr. Clark got a needle ready, and when I said something about not being aware of his plans with the needle, he said "I never said anything about a needle," although I could plainly see it! He never even told me what he was going to inject me with. He then made other comments -homophobic in nature-that made me uncomfortable with him, and I decided to leave and not have the procedure done. I removed the tourniquet from my arm and started to get up from the chair. He put the tourniquet back on, held me down with his weight and instructed the nurse to hold my other arm and keep me from stopping him. Despite me saying "Stop, I don't want you to!" he put the needle in my arm anyway. I was put completely to sleep, and the procedure was done against my will. Please don't let this happen to you! I have both civil AND criminal law suits pending against Dr. Clark. This man is a monster.
