Honest Folks! I planned a trip to the mountains. I wanted to upgrade the disc brakes on my van to a higher quality grade pads and rotors. A couple of hours later, I got a call from the shop saying my current brakes were still in great condition and just wanted to confirm if I still wanted to upgrade to the higher quality brakes. I really appreciated the shop calling me. I'm now getting the front steering system checked and replaced if needed. They lied to me about needing many things fixed on/in my front end. I spent $1000 to have the work done that they said i needed to have done. I later had someone who is a known expert look at my truck after the supposed "work" and "replacement" parts were completed. He said only a few, minor things were done/replaced.. and that i shouldve had a $250 bill, max. He says what little that was done, wasnt necessary! Avoid Moseley's and their LIES! read more

No stars Beyond disappointment and disturb. I should of read the reviews before going. But I pick this place due to using them in the past. But like any relationship the past means nothing. I really trusted them. I called up there and asked them could how much was a diagnostic machine to tell me why my vehicle shakes when I go over 60 miles. I was quoted 45 for the diagnostic and 130 for an alignment. Around 145 with taxes. That's if that's what caused it. We'll my car had been up there since 830am. I was informed they would call me once they figured out what was wrong with it. I didn't want to leave her but they couldn't give me an exact time frame of when it would ready. I had my dad call up there around 1030ish for them to tell him they were testing it now. So I waited and nothing. I called again the guy informed me it was on the rack I needed an alignment and suggestion of new back tires. ( I told them during the check in I had just replaced these tires brand new tires two in Feb 22 2025 and the other March 6 2025.) I informed no on the tires yes for the alignment. I called back to see new estimates time on when it would be finished for them to tell me it was on the rack it would be going on the rack now I guess for real this time but still no ETA at this point. Well around 240 I get a call it's ready for me to pick it up. I get to it the place and supposedly all mechanics are gone for the day. I ask the guy that put my information in he must of didn't deliver the message that I just purchased those tires and he tells me he did ( i see it on the paper) he's not sure why they would call and tell me that. That unfortunately they just do what they want. We'll I get in the car not only is she shaking still but now she's making a humming sound. I call them back for them to tell me that's why he suggested the tires. I hang up and start crying security I'm so tired of MEN mechanics taking advantage of us Women. Like I get everyone is out for a buck now but what happened to honest workers there is no reason to scam everyone you see as a target or quick buck. Now I have to write along disappointing review like everyone else and pray that others see this before they take their vehicle here. YOU HAVE BEEM WARNED DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!! DO NOT BRING VEHICLE HERE!! Husband took brand new tires here for alignment. Luckily my husband religiously cleans vehicle and saw tires being rubbed/destroyed inside prior to driving and having major Blowout with my son in car. Owner is real piece of work, took no responsibility that he never has had this issue prior to them working on it, and said they had note it was rubbing but didn't know where . Wow would have been nice to be told that before possible accident and destroying brand new tires! After sharing our experience many countless others have had similar if not worse experiences here. At the absolute minimum a refund should have been done since we now have to buy another set of brand new tires!!! Bad business all around and hope they have the day they deserve!!! read more

I called about an alignment and tire rotation. The guy told me he could have me in the same day and out the same day. My truck was aligned, tires rotated and ready the same day. They even replaced a sensor in my tire. They were also able to pull my spare tire from underneath the truck and replace the one that needed to be replaced. read more

I asked friends & family where to go for a front-end alignment on my Focus SVT. The front tires had worn through in just 6,000 miles and my mechanic back in Va. had just installed a front & rear camber adjustment kit before doing a 4-wheel alignment. Moseley's did the front alignment in less than 2 hours wait (luckily there is a McDonalds with Wi-Fi about a block away). They provided me a print-out with before & after specs, which showed the Toe-out was way out-of-spec. Further research confirmed that excessive toe-out can wear the inside of the tires much faster than most camber or caster mis-adjustments. The price was fair at about $50.00. I'll definitely go back there for my alignments. BTW, I provided a photo of their business taken with my iPhone. read more

I called to schedule an appointment and was told to bring my car in so that they could look at it to determine if they could do the work. When I arrived I was told that it would be about an hour until they could look at it. After waiting 3 hours they still hadn't looked at my car or made any attempt to communicate with me. I was referred to Moseley's due to a wheel bearing problem. They could not determine which one of the front wheels had the problem, by listening to the noise. But, rather than advising to change both, they actually suggested that I wait until the noise got louder so we would repair the correct one. I opted to have them guess which one and do the repair immediately, as I was headed to Dallas within a couple of days. They guessed correctly and for a very fair price they immediately fixed the problem, meaning I did not pay for a repair that was unnecessary. I will be going back to Moseley's anytime I want honest, fair and competent work done on my car. read more

I went here, after having a great deal of trouble with my car, on a friends recommendation. I had been fighting with the issue for four weeks. Firestone had consistently failed to deliver so I really needed these guys to deliver for me. DELIVER THEY DID!!!! I was extremely impressed with the drive and tenacity these guys show in their work. They showed a passion and a love for what they do. They test drove my car six different times to be sure they got everything exactly as it should be. The front counter staff is very helpful and kind. They seem to really listen and have very useful information on a large number of products and processes. I have found my forever work shop. The prices are a touch higher than others, but the quality of the work and the service provided make everything worth every penny. read more

Bad service, didn't fix problems but still got charged an outrageous amount! Didn't diagnosis problem & offer suggestions to fix problems!

Had been there in the past, better service. mr Rodney madden is not the funny guy depicted on their tv ad. 2nd to Last time there , Hung out in waiting area . How suspicious when three customers in row were given quotes of $1,200 known by their exclamation of price! Yep, you guessed it, so did got the same quote. Took their significantly inflated price, did the repair myself with a unemployed master mechanic & his son-$200 cash, $200 parts~ less than half, better parts! I did want their skill on alignment. They were so pissed off and said "it's already repaired" , as I said I'm here for an alignment. My ligament was barely off and quiet before taking it to mosleys; after they "fixed it-", alignment way off , metal in a steel bucket shaking sound. Took it back, immediately. mr rodney madden was a total ash mouth about it, even worse after their 15 minute next "fix". Had to pay out twice to get a reputable alignment service provider Jim's South to go behind them " loose castle nuts with no cotter pins"!!
