There have been several times they recommend a service in a certain amount of miles and would never put pressure on it being done immediately unless it absolutely needed it. After being told it would be best to make an appointment the next morning due to the fact that they were short-staffed the day before, I arrived the following day around 11:00 AM & was driving my SUV back off of their lot at 12:30 PM! While I waited 90-minutes for my oil change to be complete, I enjoyed sitting, watching TV and conversing with other customers within their air-conditioned waiting area where hot, fresh, complimentary coffee is offered. Even their unisex bathroom was kept sparkling and well-stocked with sanitizing hand soap and rolls of toilet paper.
