In my experience everyone that works in this facility is honest, fair, they want to help people and they want them to be safe. This is the first and ONLY mechanic shop that I have been to as a woman where I wasn't treated like I was a dunce or less than. The employees here explain things in a way of informing you not persuading you or intimidating you with fear that if you don't complete the job something extraordinarily bad is going to happen. They give you realistic expectations on how much more you can drive until you need to really get it done which helps people that are on a budget. I think the prices are higher on average but the amount of service, attention, and thoroughness you get the price is very fair! I recommend this place to everyone I know especially women because I know how important it is to feel safe with mechanics and not like they are trying to get over on you! Something they knew the day before if they actually tested my car. When I went to pick up my car, it wasn't there. An employee arrived 45 minutes later in my car with parts for another car. Their excuse was that they went on a test drive, when in reality they used my car to go pick up car parts. The owner refused to acknowledge this even though they have security cameras that recorded everything. The employees give fake names because they're illegals that the owner and his son are overworking. I would not recommend anyone use this business for anything. My car still needs to get the brakes properly fixed and they refused to do anything just because I took in the parts I bought across the street, even though they damaged the parts while they worked on them. Be smart and take your cars to a better mechanic anywhere else in Winston-Salem.
