I never experienced such terrible service before! We've been using Mosquito Plus since 2018. The service was great at first -- they always sprayed our entire multi-level backyard, including the lower deck. That's why we kept renewing. Recently, we noticed mosquitoes on the lowest deck. Today, I happened to be home and saw the technician finish spraying in under two minutes. I asked him to spray the lower deck, and he rudely shouted at me, saying it was too dangerous and claiming we needed to pay extra -- even though he didn't notice there is a staircase providing easy access and we've always paid for the full yard. We were never notified of any pricing or service changes. Extremely disappointing! read more

We had a great experience with Mosquito Plus. It is definitely a family owned and operated business and when you communicate to schedule your appointment you'll be speaking with Carol who manages the front side of the business. They will serve you regardless of what type of schedule or even if you prefer a one time basis of outdoor and indoor pestilence evacuation! The owner arrives at your appointment timely in his van which contains all the materials needed to take care of business. After introducing himself he starts on the outside of the house and takes a very long handled rounded broom like duster around the entire outside upper edge and windows of your home to scoop down any nests, webs, etc. Once that is complete he repeats the process with a non-toxic to humans and animals spray designed to eliminate any thing in the insect/pestilence World. Carol had requested that I remove items that were under any plumbing in the house so I had done that prior. When it was time to spray the house Nani ( our dog) and I, went to sit outside (just because we wanted to) and the house was done just as efficiently as the exterior had been. There were no odors nor any kind of reaction to whatever was used. After discussing with the owner it is likely we are going to schedule a quarterly treatment, which consist of outdoors and indoors (indoors if you are home). It is substantially more cost effective and an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. In 27 years we really have never been invaded by bugs and in particular, nasty cockroaches. I guess the heat has something to do with it but I found it miserable to live in a house where they presented themselves occasionally. I was informed that things might look a little worse for a couple of days and I might see dead insects laying around but that then I shouldn't experience any further problem! I'm crossing my fingers but I'm also confident that this company will stand behind it's service. If you are considering a pest company we would highly recommend Mosquitos Plus. read more

These guys are awesome. I was skeptical of this kind of services boy was I wrong. This stuff worked and made our backyard an oasis for an event! As for the company they were as good as and better than their product. The woman taking names and scheduling was super nice and helpful. They were awesome in scheduling and showed up right on time. The gentleman who came on site was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and fast. Enjoyed speaking with them. Thought the value for size of my house/yard seemed spot on to me. It was quiet easy to get in touch with her to schedule the services for my new house. They are quiet flexible and will work according to the timings that works best for you. The technician arrived on time and did a overall great job. They did a complete inside and outside inspection and service of your home, including attic and garage. Plus gave a mosquito treatment free. They even offer discounts for their 1st time customers and there regular maintenance plans good($$ wise). We have always had a horrible mosquito problem. My daughter is allergic to them so we couldn't really spend much time outside. We used another company last summer and didn't see much of a difference. Mosquito plus showed up on time, they were very nice and professional and did a GREAT job! I didn't see a mosquito at all after they came. There has been a lot of rain and I still haven't seen many. Wow Linda and Don are amaaaaaaazing. First of all they're pretty busy (which is a good thing) so expect to make your appointment a week in advance. Don came to my home and practically started murdering all of these crazy critters in my yard. I have a bunch of scorpions, black widows, springtails and more where I live. Within seconds of him spraying, they're all trying to get away or are dying. Linda was super quick to respond and schedule me in. Don was super friendly and even gave me some advice on the watering system of my lawn because the builder set it to watering waaaaaay too much. Overall, I am very pleased and will eventually be subscribed to them. I will update this review after a month on long term results! I called Linda and she was quick to respond - she could tell I was a little freaked at the 2 rather large cockroaches I had seen in one morning. EEK!! Don, showed up very soon after I contacted Linda - as luck would have it, he happened to be in the area. From the moment I met him, I could tell Don was an expert! He listened to my concerns, was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do, how he was going to apply each pesticide and what each pesticide was for. I just had to come here and leave a great review for the STELLAR service we've received from this company. Not only did they give the best quote in my area, but their agents are top notch professionals. The young man who came to spray for pests last week (we had an ant problem), was so thorough both in his treatment of our entire home, and in his explanation of the process and how it all works. Because it was raining this week, they did not immediately spray for mosquitoes outside, but promised to return once the rain subsided, no extra charge. As I write there are two of their guys making good on their word. Oh, and the pest problem has been handled, no more ants or other critters! Highly recommend these pros! read more
