Does not take care of initial problems. Used them for 10 months and continuo had ants , roaches every day! Their answer is we will do a spot check. No, take care of the problem as guaranteed in your contract. We had the " spot" check done twice and it never resolved our problems from the get go. Their inspection was thorough, confirming I did have rats in the attic. They came back and set traps and checked them every two days. This service was affordable and well worth it! This is the best company that I have ever had come to my house for ANY service. It is a small family run business that truly care about their customers. We have the same tech, Leonard Jr., come to our house every time. He takes the time to explain what they are doing, and he is super friendly. We had a horrible fire ant problem when we first hired them. Now, we hardly ever see them. Genuinely can't say enough good things about the Hutto Pest Control Services team! We bought a house about eight months ago, and have time and time again been taken advantage of by contractors, to the point where we were so fed up and had such a strong hesitancy towards every person that came to help us whenever we have a problem. After our experience, we are HPCS customers for life, and walking advertisements for anyone that is in need of their services. We began hearing rats on our roof, and then they made their way into our attic and into the walls. I believe all in all we had about five or six. Our neighbors have lived here for over 20 years, and I saw HPCS at their house the day after we heard the rats, and decided to give them a call. Leonard was at our house the following day and after taking a look at the exterior of our home, he laid out the issues we were having, presented a solution, and even explained to us how we could do it ourselves if we really wanted to. We really appreciated the transparency, but decided to let the pros handle it to make sure the job got done right the first time. He patched up entry points on our roof (we had several), laid traps in the attic, got rid of the rats we caught and left us some fancy air spray to eliminate the less than pleasant smell of the one we didn't catch before it found its final resting place in our living room wall. Leonard made a point to play with my schnauzer for a few minutes every time he came over, as she was obsessed with him (probably because she thought he smelled like rodents and peanut butter, her favorites). It's very clear that this is a family business, and we felt like we were treated as such every time they paid a visit for check ups. read more

I used this company for years & then pandemic came and the owners son would not come out to house anymore. Since then our pest issues have increased & every tech that comes out starts out great and then leaves without doing the work contracted to do. I call the owners son because it's best to resolve issues with management so they are aware. I havw never said a word to the tech or staff but have been falsely accused of doing so by owners son. Why should we pay for the job not being done and an increase in the pests they are supposed to be controlling? We have NEVER had pests in the house until the new techs started & we are not allowed to say a wod. We are the difficult ones? He called me back to apologize &then when I asked how it happened he tells me that I yell at staff when I don't speak to them, which means they must be accessing my 88ye old mother who is almost totally deaf of yelling! sickening! Then he tells me to go elsewhere. He promotes the tech to management only because he is nice but that manager won't come out to us because I yelled at him. it when he came the same day next door to my sister in law he said he never said that! Who is lying? And even if I did yell "grow up" and as a manager take it and keep the business especially when you are in the wrong. I should have recorded all of the "yelling fits" I had. I looked and looked for the best pest control in the Round Rock area when I moved from out of town, and on price, customer service, and value, I went for Hutto Pest Services. Unlike many competitors, they do your whole yard, and also spray for ticks, fleas, and fire ants without charging extra. If you pay for the whole year in advance, you get a discount, and if you see bugs in between your quarterly treatments, they'll come back out and spot treat for no additional charge. I've already taken advantage of this when I saw a roach and an earwig - they were out a day or two later. They also communicate really well, sending email reminders to book your treatments. This service is the best. I have used them for a couple of years and wouldn't change. They are prompt, courteous and pleasant, don't quit until they catch the pest/s, and are affordable. I can't recommend them enough. So far they have removed squirrels in my attic, a 15 lb possum, and a 3 ft snake. I have used many, many services at the house and none of them are as reliable, as good at what they do, and as genial to work with. I have a lot of experience with services that never call back or show up as scheduled and do sloppy work. Not this business.
