I drove past this business and decided to give them a chance. I spoke to Amy on the phone and explained the service I would need which would be my fluid changed out and my filter.I Was told that they do courtesy consultations and there would be no charge. I made an appointment for Friday 6/12/20 but got a phone call on Thursday from Amy asking me for my Vin number so that they can order parts. I thought that was a little strange because I was just coming in for a consultation but I figured if I wanted to get my service done there at least the parts would be ready. When I got there on Friday I walked in and Amy was in the middle of a conversation Stopped and told the man that was there she wanted to get my keys. (No greeting whatsoever) after I told her I Would have to wait for my car I was shown to a dirty waiting area. After a hour of waiting I was giving an estimate that was severely overpriced I told her to give me a second and that's where it all went wrong. AMY couldn't answer any questions for me about parts or the pricing. Then to make matters worse she try to charge me for the consultation after I was told it would be free. To this day I still don't know how much it costs because she told me in a very aggressive way OK YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT BUT DO ME A FAVOR DON'T COME BACK!! I felt sick to my stomach and couldn't believe I was being treated this way for asking questions about a service I would potentially be provided. What I really thought was telling was the fact that none of the other employees came out to assist her while I was telling her she would tear this business down and I'm going to reach out to the owners, that shows me that this behavior is something that there used to. If you want someone to tell you DON'T COME BACK to their business then you should check this place out but if you want good customer service then stay far away from here. SCAMMERS!

When my camper was finally returned, it had sustained significant damage. The side panel had been torn away, leaving an entire side of the camper exposed to weather and the elements. On the opposite side, an electrical box cover was missing, leaving sensitive and critical RV systems completely unprotected. Despite paying in full upfront, we were then presented with additional charges we never agreed to. When we disputed those charges due to the damage and late delivery, the supervisor threatened to impound our camper and pursued a lien -- even after law enforcement responded and determined the camper was to remain in our possession. We have documented everything including photographs, timestamped text messages, and a police report. I want to be clear that the driver, Dalton, conducted himself professionally and with integrity throughout. Our experience with the supervisor, Cameron, was an entirely different matter. I am sharing this review to protect others from a similar experience. If you value your property and your time, I strongly encourage you to seek towing services elsewhere."

I called this his shop this morning to see if they could look under the hood at an issue. I was able to take it by for a quick check today - unheard of at most places. William checked it out, gave me a go for safe driving. I then talked to Fred, the body guy, about some dents and dings on the body of my car. He buffed a few scuffs off and we made a plan for some more detailed work. No charge for either guy!!!! We will take our Passat into them next week for some $$$ work and I know we will be pleased. The manager of that store was extremely picky with who he had fix their botched job because the warranty would still be back on his shop. After a lot of asking around, he found Automotive Repairwerks and I'm glad he did. The car was fixed correctly the first time and drives smooth as can be. I've been back to them with every issue my wife or I have with our cars. They always diagnose it right the first time, explain everything thoroughly, have it done when they say they'll have it done and charge a fair price. My wife recently had a situation with Subaru where they "fixed" something that turned out to not be the issue and the guys at Automotive Repairwerks handled it in one day. Be prepared... there's usually a two week wait to get your car services which is evidence that they are in high demand and for good reason.
