I met Monika while shopping there and she's super friendly and able to help you find whatever you need. And if you can't find it, she can make it for you. She let me know that she can create custom jewelry pieces. I have no need for custom jewelry right now but it sounds so fancy. We were greeted by George, who was super friendly off the bat. He sized my finger, then he went and showed us a variety of rings and had me try on ones i liked the most and set them all aside to make note for my boyfriend when he goes back. We then measured my boyfriends finger and looked at bands as well. He was so amazing the whole time, made us feel super great, and didn't pressure us into looking at super expensive rings. I brought in several things to repair and some rings to be sized, including a platinum band with…read moreten tiny diamonds that was my grandmother's. The ring had some sizing beads on the band, to keep it from twirling. They sized the ring and took the beads off. I gave it back to them to fix. They made it dangerously large and now the band is so thin I'm afraid it will break. it is still not the correct size. I paid for all my jewelry and left. At one point, I went back to get my watches and the counter person was convinced I had just picked them up. She demanded I show her everything I just picked up. She didn't ask the other person who waited on me to see if she gave me the watches (4 minutes prior). Finally she looked in the back and brought out my watches, no apology for her mistake. I sent them an email asking to be repaid for the diamond band and no response from them. They still owe me over $200. Do not ask them to do custom work!! They also stretched a gold wedding band (jeweler told me they did have a machine to stretch rings) that messed up engraving. I was very clear I wanted to preserve engraving.
