My sister was looking for a short dress, and they didn't have many, but the long dresses that Meaghan pulled and recommended chopping into a short one were incredible. I won't give away too much about the perfect dress she ended up with since the big day isn't here yet, but it's stunning. Meghan has such an eye for what was going to look best on her and fit the vibe of her wedding. We were lucky to happen to be here during their sale, so did get a decent deal on her dress. Though it was still a little pricey, the experience that we had made it well worth it. The overall vibe of the shop is great. You can really tell that everyone that works here loves it, and really strives to give every bride (and her family) an amazing dress shopping experience. Meghan shared with us that many of their dresses are named after book characters, which we thought was such a great touch. Overall, I can't recommend Believe enough for any bride!

I cant say enough about her and how everyone should experience her expertise on how to put a dress on and make you feel like the most beautiful woman there. I told her from the get what I was looking for and she picked out a handful what she thought I might like... she did however pick one that I wasn't even looking for. But it was the one that I Said Yes to the Dress. She grabbed that bell pulled me towards her and gave me the most beautiful talk and wished me the very best and what a beautiful bride I would be. Absolute terrible service! The service that my daughter…read morereceived while choosing her gown was excellent.However, when they gave it to me to pick up it was a one foot by one foot folded square in a shopping bag, looking like it came from Temu.. I asked both the corporate customer service and the store manager to rectify the situation as a two thousand dollar wedding gown should come pressed, ready to put on the bride (to see if it needs alterations) and then also put in a garment bag. Hannah,the store manager, "educated me" and told me that this was not a service that was offered when the item came to the store from the warehouse and a garment bag not originally purchased. This was not explained to us at time of puchase. My daughter serves in our US military and was not available at the time for pickup, which is why I picked it up instead, and this is how they gave it to me. Completely unacceptable. If the bride would have come to pick it up, Hannah states they would have pressed it, put it on her to check for alterations, and then sent gown home in a garment bag for an additional seven dollars. I asked for this to be made available when my daughter would be in town and she then told me that would cost me a $125! What??!! Ridiculous! For a company that supposedly prides itself on excellent service, this is not what I have received. 0 stars. 100% do NOT recommend purchasing from this company.

But luckily, I had the support at Marcella's to be sure that I was able to FaceTime her and take videos and pictures for her. And then when my mom finally came into town, Marcella moved around her schedule so that my mom would be able to pop in and see the dress before my wedding day. I have been to this shop a couple of times now, both for my sister as she found (and altered) her…read moredress, and now for my own dress shopping experience, and I have been blown away by the kindness and elevated service we've received every time, specifically with Shop Manager, Taylor. Taylor helped my sister find her dress, so we came back specifically to work with her for mine. I've been super indecisive in my dress shopping process, but Taylor has gone above and beyond to be so understanding, patient, and supportive every step of the way. And her team is all lovely as well! I highly recommend this well-run business for anyone looking for a dress in the area!

My friend had made an appointment here for a wedding dress, after a full day of lovely experiences…read moreat other bridal shops in town Bridal Collections left a distinctly bad taste in our mouths. We had a 3PM appointment which began with a long wait to even be seen. Her stylist looked at photos of my friend's top contenders and told us "Yes, we should be able to find you something." One of the greatest parts of our dress shopping experience at other shops was when our stylist had intimate knowledge of their inventory and their ability to pull dresses that matched my friend's taste. So when the stylist went from asking for pictures to turning us loose in the store, we were taken aback. For $50 we were asked to look through their inventory and waste our appointment time. From here the stylist spent the rest of the appointment balancing between nonchalance and complete indifference. Having my friend remove gowns from their plastic covers and replacing them. After a painful hour and a half my friend did find a dress she was interested in, but after the experience she didn't want to purchase a $2k dress from somewhere she felt unwelcome.

Our stylist (whose name we were never told) was attentive and excited to help my sister find the perfect dress. She is getting married in Vegas, so was looking for a super fun, and potentially short dress. They didn't seem to have many short dresses, which was understandable and we were willing to have one heavily altered if need be. The stylist did pull a few short dresses (all the ones they had in stock her size, I think) and a few long ones that didn't make much sense, but also encouraged my mom and I to look around. I found a great short dress, but it wasn't her size. Only then did the stylist inform us that they are under new management, and couldn't order ANY dresses. This seems like something that you would have lead the appointment with, especially if you're encouraging guests to shop around without telling them where the proper size areas are. Overall, she pulled some nice dresses, but many of them were just way too matronly for the occasion while others were very casual and didn't suit my sister's style at all. The stylist didn't seem open to feedback, and when it started to become clear that we probably weren't going to be buying a dress from her that day, she eventually just walked over to talk to the receptionist and left us while my sister was still in her last dress. Overall, would not recommend the inventory or staff at Bridal Collections. I hope they can get things figured out, but a little humility goes a long way, and we didn't love having our time wasted.
