We had a 3PM appointment which began with a long wait to even be seen. Her stylist looked at photos of my friend's top contenders and told us "Yes, we should be able to find you something." One of the greatest parts of our dress shopping experience at other shops was when our stylist had intimate knowledge of their inventory and their ability to pull dresses that matched my friend's taste. So when the stylist went from asking for pictures to turning us loose in the store, we were taken aback. For $50 we were asked to look through their inventory and waste our appointment time. From here the stylist spent the rest of the appointment balancing between nonchalance and complete indifference. Having my friend remove gowns from their plastic covers and replacing them. After a painful hour and a half my friend did find a dress she was interested in, but after the experience she didn't want to purchase a $2k dress from somewhere she felt unwelcome.

Our stylist (whose name we were never told) was attentive and excited to help my sister find the perfect dress. She is getting married in Vegas, so was looking for a super fun, and potentially short dress. They didn't seem to have many short dresses, which was understandable and we were willing to have one heavily altered if need be. The stylist did pull a few short dresses (all the ones they had in stock her size, I think) and a few long ones that didn't make much sense, but also encouraged my mom and I to look around. I found a great short dress, but it wasn't her size. Only then did the stylist inform us that they are under new management, and couldn't order ANY dresses. This seems like something that you would have lead the appointment with, especially if you're encouraging guests to shop around without telling them where the proper size areas are. Overall, she pulled some nice dresses, but many of them were just way too matronly for the occasion while others were very casual and didn't suit my sister's style at all. The stylist didn't seem open to feedback, and when it started to become clear that we probably weren't going to be buying a dress from her that day, she eventually just walked over to talk to the receptionist and left us while my sister was still in her last dress. Overall, would not recommend the inventory or staff at Bridal Collections. I hope they can get things figured out, but a little humility goes a long way, and we didn't love having our time wasted.

We finally went and asked for a size. The young man went to the stock, room came back and said nope we don't have that size, not try a smaller or bigger size or anything, we than found another shoe asked him for the size, he brought it out handed it to us, not even offering to help us. Just lazy young people who don't care.

Worst business I have ever encountered…read more My wife brought my wedding suit, her wedding dress and several other items to this place to have them professionally dry cleaned and preserved. They absolutely destroyed my suit. The leather pieces are completely gone, the suit appears stretched in the front and is no longer crisp. I think they ran it through an industrial washing machine vs dry cleaning it like we paid for. It's beyond repair. They also destroyed my wife's jacket. All the rhinestones are gone. It appears they ran this through a washing machine too instead of dry cleaning. Both items are ruined. We paid them over $1000 to handle all our items. They never disclosed the damage to us. There's no way they didn't see it. They told my wife they take before and after pictures of everyone but strangly they refused to show them to us. They accused my wife of "bringing the items in already damaged." This is the wost service we have ever experienced. They have made zero effort to resolve this issue and have not contacted us back at all. Do not use them.

Worst service and I provided many chances…read more I asked for a large coffee stain ring to be removed from a Couch cover. It was returned in exactly the same condition although I was told that they had special stain removers that they could use when they laundered it. (see picture) It was in their care for 10 days. I got at home and noticed the stain, I went back to the grande ave store and they told me to go to their NW blvd location and talk to them about them trying again. I told him I don't have time to drive to another one of their locations because I work full-time. Finally I decided to try to wash it myself with a stain remover and washed on cold. It came fully out. When I advised them I would like a refund, the Customer Service person told me she didn't have the authority and that she would have her manager call me. I had to call six additional and never received a call. Finally on the seventh call I was told I could have an in-store credit but I could not have cash back. They rationalized this by saying they aren't allowed to use the same cleaning supplies we can at home. I've worked in all kinds of Customer Service, and this was one of the worst I've ever experienced. I now have a credit to use but I don't trust them. i am not usually one up write bad reviews as I'd rather resolve 1:1. However the amount of time I wasted and the lack of concern really got to me. I don't know if the picture will show the big stain well....it is how they returned it to me. Thankfully I got the stain out on my own.

I went in to get my 100% wool blanket dry cleaned after my cat sprayed one of them. Ive posted a comparison of what the blanket should look like (LEFT) and what I got back from the dry cleaners (RIGHT). When I went in to talk to them about it after I got home and noticed, the young girl told me she couldn't get ahold of anyone for a refund and told me to come back the following Monday to talk to someone else. Came back in on Monday to someone else to them call the downtown location where things actually get cleaned. Over the phone I heard the woman ask, "was it a green blanket?" To which after the phone call was over, I asked if she knew about this mistake and the person working confirmed that the facility knew they messed up and didn't say anything about it. If they had owned up to their mistake and let me know ahead of time with a voucher or something that would have been something. Instead they wanted to offer me a voucher after I came to THEM when they messed up and wanted to sweep it under the rug. They issued me a refund check in the mail for the $32 service, but it won't replace the blanket I sent in (which was imported from England). If I wanted it shrank, I'd have ran it through the wash/drier myself back home. If you have things that need to be dry cleaned, take them elsewhere because the deceit and poor care for your things is not worth the risk.
