A new sales clerk told me that she couldn't do an even exchange since the to be acquired shirt was no longer on sale and that I would have to pay full price. This made no sense as when I shopped at the store, both shirts were on sale. She called her manager and they would not do an even exchange as it was no longer on sale. Had a horrible experience at this store trying to get some alterations done to a dress. When we were eventually seen to, we were treated in a condescending manner, then left to wait another 30 minutes. After the second wait, were we again very poorly treated by another employee. I noticed a parka jacket I really liked. My daughter offered to purchase for me (early birthday gift). The parka jacket was $130 regular price, however, received a 15% discount as her company was listed to receive it. One of the employees (male gentleman) was nice to bring me an XS size from the back stock. It's all about timing of the seasons when you are looking for a bargain, but the quality of Eddie Bauer merchandise has always been very good. I'm usually tired of the item long before it wears out. Plus, their clothes are very outdoorsy, comfortable styles. This store is located at the end of the strip mall with plenty of free parking.
