The only time I really bought a suit was when I was a zombie for Halloween in the past, and I went to the thrift store to mangle a dusty 2nd hand suit with scissors. Sooooo... 1. These ties are clip ons, and we were not informed when we purchased these. 2. They took 2.5 months to get here. 3. They were $284 for used, written on, and barcoded crappy ties. 4. They never called us to let us know that they were in. I called them. Our wedding at this point was 11 days away. She informed me she had just been so busy to call. However; I did give them a two star because they girl that helped us refund them was extremely kind and also they DID refund us. Gene is such a great owner here at The Tuxedo Gallery. I loved working with him for our wedding. I was a crazy bride with particulars that looking back probably shouldn't have mattered but these guys did a great job adhering to my crazy needs. The Tiffany blue Paisley tie they had was perfect and the suits we picked out were perfect. We had 8 groomsmen so the groom's tux was free and I appreciate that. Cannot say enough good things about this tux shop! We have been looking in several different cities for a dark green suit & this is the only place that had one! Not only did Makayla, the manager, take the time to send me pictures of the color since we do not live in Spokane but she ordered several different sizes to make sure we had options when we arrived to try it on. No other tuxedo shop took the time to try to help us find the right color but Makayla and her team did. When we arrived she and her coworker, Hayden, made the whole experience enjoyable and a breeze. I went all around Spokane trying to get measured for a suit that I'm having tailored out of town. It was impossible to get anyone to help me out, since I wasn't buying anything. I called This place and Kimberly answered the phone and made me feel super welcomed without hesitation. She just wanted to make sure I got my suit measured in time. When I got there, she was extremely kind and generous with her time. She measured me up and gave me everything I needed without any questions. A man walked in without a mask and she rushed to go find him one from the store. All customer service with a smile here. I will go back as soon as I need to get a tux. I had a family emergency in which my kids needed to rent suits quickly. I called the store and spoke to Shannon. When I brought my kids in to get fitted, it was close to closing time on a snowy evening in Spokane, and Shannon and Katherine did a fantastic job getting them measured quickly, and we walked out with jackets, pants and shoes. I had to deal with these people after my friends wedding. They charged me $60.00 to replace a vest that was allegedly ruined at the wedding. I don't think it happened at the wedding, but they swore they go over every tux before it goes out. We noticed stains on a tie that another groomsmen was wearing when he tried on his tux before the wedding. So they missed that stain before it went out, but not this.... Right. I requested a picture of the damage and they sent me one via text message. Very unprofessional, very low quality. I pointed this out and they told me I had to see the damage in person to understand it. Well I live in Seattle, this was an out of town wedding I went to so I can't. If you have to use them make sure you check everything right there in the shop. In the end I paid and the only reason I paid the money is because if I didn't they would've charged the groom. I forgot to pick up my tuxedo for the wedding next day so I ended up calling the owner after hours and he actually agreed to talk To one of his managers to open up the place for me and give me my tuxedo. When the manager met me there he made sure that everything fits me well even though it was way past their working hours. Really appreciate their understanding. read more
