Mike gixed my imac, added a hard drive, it did not solved my issues completely but it did improve, less crashes. The imac started coming apart at the sides, edges and the internal mike appears to be left mal aligned. I do not need to use the internal mic until very recently and it registers sound if tapped on but it does not transmit. Unfortunately for me, it has been over 6 mo so the repair warranty is expired. Still, there is no reason it should be coming apart or for the mic not to work. I never did request anything for free. If anything, the adhesive tape used or whatever the resdon is the computer is coning apart, it dhould not. I thought maybe Mike would come and replace it and charge a fair to nominal fee since the workmanship proved to be less than desirable. It should have held up for many years. Anyone out there that can say. "Good workmanship should only last a year or two and I would be happy if after opening it up and putting it back together my computer started coning unglued? As I said he did an ok job on the hardrive but it should not be coming unglued. read more

I feel bad leaving a bad review but I don't feel like it was worth it at all to buy this service. I asked for someone to come out and help me set up my sons computer for you tube, I had already installed most of the software and hardware to do this ( I just needed someone to setup his equipment and make sure I installed everything weight. Bc I installed it but am not familiar with windows so it wasn't functioning (web cam wasn't working wasn't sure what software was used to record gaming from Nintendo, so the man was very polite he brought his son who turned out to be very useful because he knew a little more about streaming than his dad. In the end I actually had installed everything correctly. But he still couldn't set it up to actually work, he charged me 150$ for two hours. I ended up paying 125 bc in reality he didn't do anything and his system still was not set up for gameplay. Great company, I had a problem with my gpu and I messaged and asked them and another guy how much it would be. The guys here just told me to double check my gpu is connected and I don't know how I missed that but I didn't have my power cable connected to my gpu. The other guy I asked just wanted to charge me $200 without even telling me to check anything. My MacBook keyboard was a mess! Spacebar was working occasionally, but Michael came by to my home, picked up the laptop for me and when fixed, came right back and dropped it off at my home.
