Whatever housecleaning sprays smells horrible. We had to go out and get our own air freshener to overpower it. The worst part was parking. Our whole stay was a fight for parking because four huge charter buses dominated close to half of the parking lot. They never moved. This should not be allowed by management or corporate. One night we didn't get a spot and had to park against an unmarked curb. We noticed one truck parked in the grass next to the highway. Totally not right.

I had no other option but to park my motorcoach on the side of a main highway! The front desk also failed to contact the touring company informing them that something was wrong with their payment method. That was so unacceptable because I arrived late (around 10 pm) and had to wait until they contacted someone, 30 minutes I had to wait! To add insult to injury, I was put in a room directly across the elevator on the first floor. The only other option she offered me was on the first floor back door, she stated that was all she had. All night all I heard was first floor hotel traffic and the dorn elevator! Ugggh

It was late, we were tired, we figured we could spray the room and get a good nights sleep. No elevator. We had to carry heavy luggage up stairs to a room that had a worse odor. And old garbage in the can. We immediately went to the front desk to request a refund and check out. I was told by the 2 front desk staff that a full refund would be issued. I was starting to get nauseous from the odor and a migraine, so a room change was refused. Waited another 45 mins for a Lyft, costing us over $85. This morning, I call to find out that the hotel is not refunding the money. Ramada, very disappointed. The hotels.com photos and description are inaccurate. And intolerable.

This place is not well maintenance, and it is a complete filth! I checked in and went to my room upstairs. Beware, there is no elevator to get upstairs. If you have a disabled person, please note the only way up is the staircase. I got to my room and the first thing I notice is there was big roach on the wall! I literally screamed. Second thing I notice was someone kissed the wall mirror and left the lipstick imprinted on the mirror. Gross. I'm not sure why housekeeping did not wipe it down. The third and filthiest thing was there was mold everywhere in the bathroom. You can also smell the mildew in the room. The health department needs to evaluate the hotel before letting anymore guests stay here.

Not only were the rooms dirty, nasty and smoke scented, the house keeping staff were incredibly rude! Just about the only good thing about this poor establishment is it's close proximity to Sailfish Grill. (Which by the way has a great Spinach and Artichoke dip that comes with fried bowtie pasta.) Upon opening this tomb, the wretched fumes of cancer thriving smoke fills your nostrils causing a reflexive gag and puckering of your anus. Why the the anus puckering? It's the bodies natural defense mechanism to close all access from any unwanted foreign matter. After stepping foot into the depths of this hell, you notice the musty bed spreads which look to not have been washed since 1964. If you are adventurous and care to peak into the bathroom, you'll see the toilet was last cleaned about the same time as the bed spreads. In fact, the bed spreads were probably cleaned IN the toilet. To give you a clue of the normal patrons who use this establishment, you can notice cigarette burns on the side of the bathtub which are located conveniently as if someone was taking a hot shit while smoking and occasionally setting their cigarette down to turn the magazine page or wipe their vagina or ass...j/k. They probably didn't wipe. Since this was the only and last resort, Like the tale of Job in the Bible who had to suffer ...I too had to suffer this personal 12x15ft hell. It can't get any worse can it? Yes...yes it can.... After a sleepless night in which I swore a drug dealer and 2 prostitutes accessed my room to conduct business, I was awakened by a knock at my door. Well, it sounded more like a banging of which should have been followed by "IT'S THE POLICE, OPEN UP"...i'm talking LOUD and HARD (just like the prostitutes in the room next door). After my heart attack, I managed to get to the door and open it up to find 2 house keeping ladies!!! WTF?!! All they asked was if I needed room service. Had I not been in my state of shock and awe, I would have surely told them every thing that needed attention to the room. Somehow, I think they probably already knew. But why would you awaken someone at your establishment 4 hours before checkout to see if they needed the room cleaned? it wasn't even 8am yet and they took action! My guess is they knew I was to check out that day wanted me checked out as soon as possible so they can get on with their day. I've visited some garbage hotels in my travels, but this one takes the cake. I'm contemplating a visit to urgent care for some vaccinations. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

You can tell he wants to establish a good rapport with his guests. There's a complimentary breakfast that is more or less the bare minimum. That said, this is another one of those hotels that someone buys and tries to run for himself, investing the bare minimum in staff and facilities upgrades in order to eke out a profit. You know, just because you can raise the capital to buy a hotel, and are willing to work 24/7 to make it work, doesn't mean you know what people want when they pay extra for a Comfort Inn. The room was superficially clean, unlike the rest of the hotel. The halls hadn't seen a vacuum all day. The stairwells were packed with junk, and the stairs themselves were a filthy disgrace. There were broken lampshades and tissue dispensers in the rooms, and maintenance issues that were so bad as to be nearly laughable. The final strike, though, was that the door to our room wouldn't lock: despite our most valiant efforts, we couldn't get the deadbolt to engage. All of this aside, the hotel is located out in the middle of nowhere, so there's almost nowhere to get food and Door Dash takes an hour to deliver. I would have left the moment we saw our room, but my reservation was non-refundable.

Aside from the location being completely remote, the staff is less than friendly. They have only one airport shuttle (hours 8am - 10pm). It is an old minivan that accommodates only 6 people. Also, if your flight is outside the shuttle hours then you have to make your own arrangements. The attached photo aptly describes the view from Room 211 and any other room on the backside of the hotel. Mold and mildew in the shower. Not generally clean. Icky feeling. Pass on this location.

She told me that there was a group using the space, but it was only for gathering/holding as the group departed on that Sunday. She stated that she would reach out to the group representative to see if they could possibly use another room on the second floor as their holding/gathering space and would call me back. When I did not get a call back, I went back to the hotel to follow-up. The same manager told me that she had not made contact with the group, but once again would reach out and follow back up with me. Thinking that she was operating in good faith, I waited again. Still no phone call, so I came back to the hotel a third time. She was not in the office. The front desk agent, who has always been very nice, remembered me and called the manager to see if there was any word on the switch. The manager did not have any new info. The front desk person took my contact information and told me that she would "make sure" I got a call back on Monday. A few Mondays passed, so today I came back to the hotel for one last try, again operating in good faith. The manager was at the desk when I walked in. I came in smiling, said good morning, reminded her of who I was and that I was following up to see if any headway was made with the group. This manager was very rude and dismissive to me. Her first response was "well I told you from the beginning that the space was booked". I said I know, but you also told me you would work on shifting the other group. She snapped back saying "like I said, it was booked and it was always booked". I then reminded her that she was the one who said she would call me and that I never received a phone call". Her response to not returning the call that she promised to make was " well you didnt have an appointment, and I dont work here everyday". What does one thing have to do with the other? The first couple of times I came in dressed for work, so maybe she thought I was someone that she needed to appease. Today, I came dressed down and she treated me like me or my business was not valuable. She was so nasty, and the thing is... I came in prepared to consider another date, because I wanted to give this place my business... but because she was so rude and unprofessional, I walked out saying "never again". This person has no business working in hospitality. She has poor follow-up, she is dishonest, and has a terrible disposition! There are no bugs & the bed was clean. As of June 2022, the hotel is currently under construction - be advised, but it is being well-kept amidst construction. However, I did find this (pictured,) soon as I walked in used the restroom. Now, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that it is rust however when I took a shower it spread from the moisture into what is pictured. So, I honestly don't know if it is a rust, blood or poo... but there is no metal around it, sooo... I honestly couldn't say for sure. So overall, if I had to say anything for improvement , it's just be to give a little more attention to detail when cleaning. Otherwise, I'm really not that dissatisfied with my stay here; it was just a little gross to find that. I do thank your staff for the hospitality & safe stay while stopping through the big easy; thank you.

Not sure if a guest or visitor but was off putting. I was later woken up by his yelling down the hallway. Yikes. Room had no towels but was fairly clean. I needed a buffer on the checkout and whoever the pony-tailed manager was threatening $50 late checkout (which was nearly half of the rate) for an additional 20 minutes in the room. Threatening to "charge my card" seemed a bit aggressive for a pretty vacant hotel. Better to stay at a reputable Hilton or Marriott brand before booking at this sketchy airport hotel.
