I googled search the photo and it is called German cockroaches'

I was staying at this motel from Sep. 9 -12 . the sheets are not washed, and the property is infested with cockroaches'. The note in the room tells you that we left the lights on for you , but there is a reason , Cockroaches' hide if the lights are on. and at night when you turn off the lights, they come out , I woke up at 4 in the morning, one was crawling up my arm. the hotel manager is not on site, and does not answer the emails or phone calls. . the front desk is rude and ignorant. never saw a room service going to the rooms after the guest left for cleaning. I have videos of the insects, and I also attach a photo.

Been here for 4 days. Cable has been out whole time. Every day get told it will be back tomorrow. .

Luckily I have a car to get out of here and not get stuck in a room the entire time. Get what you pay for. I don't stay here to watch TV. I close my eyes and don't notice the outdated room or being under the flight path to O'Hare

No verbs could be amassed to honestly describe the level of filth, funk, mold and "doo-doo" smell that permeates this place: America's armpit. I'm talking Kevin Mchale armpits, not some waxed Ryan Gosling, Old Spice model armpit. In fact, it's more Shrek than Mchale. Don't stay there! Chip and Joe from "Fixer Upper" were rumored to have quit because of this spot. It was noisy, dank, weed smelling, cooter from the Dukes of Hazard inhabited nastiness. It's running a close second to the Azūl Inn in downtown LA.

An extremely tasty burger place is across the street, and it's close to the fashion outlets. Getting to the Metra was easy as well. We had a lovely time, and the complimentary breakfast was really tasty and I feel like it's very health-conscious, using chicken sausage and making eggs with fresh vegetables and very tasty seasonings. I wish we had time to visit the pool, but from what we saw it was very clean and quiet during the day. My only semi-complaint is that rooms are refreshed every other day, as opposed to every day, but on the days we'd come back to a clean shower and sink back into a made bed was the most welcome and decompressing feeling I've ever had while staying at a hotel.

Drivers are very kind and go above and beyond. Safe area and hotel! I would definitely stay here again!

Dining: We dined at Thorn Restaurant & Lounge, located in the hotel lobby, and everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable, and the cocktail menu did not disappoint. I highly recommend the Not So Old Fashioned -- definitely order it smoked! During our business meeting, we ordered breakfast, and I was blown away by the portion sizes. That breakfast burrito with the oven-roasted potatoes could honestly keep you full all day! Accommodations: The rooms are stunning. The décor throughout the property is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. My bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large shower provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the charming old-school Frigidaire in the room -- such a fun touch! Service: From the front desk staff to the restaurant team, everyone was warm, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel even checked in with me via text throughout my stay, and when I requested extra pillows, they arrived promptly. This was my first time staying at this property, but it definitely won't be my last. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! #YelpEliteSquad

It's not super obvious but you go up the escalators/stairs to check in on the second floor. Check in went fairly quickly and there's water in the check in area. Assigned a room on the 10th floor and glass elevators moved quickly. Hotel rooms all face inside; similar to a Embassy Suites. The room was clean and spacious but the toilet has a foot flush pedal which was a little weird. Hotel is also undergoing some renovations so perhaps it will be different in the upcoming year. This was a nice conference venue but not too much else. It's pretty far from downtown (1+ hour in traffic, 25 min without). There isn't a ton of casual seating space like I've seen in other Hyatts but there is some general spaces and coffee shop market with tables. Didn't spend much time in the bar area but it's pretty central and seemed like it was pretty active there every night.

I prefer to go straight to my room with a digital key but they made you come to the desk. However it was very quick and painless so I'll overlook it. When offered the cookies, I declined (you know I didn't feel well when those warm cookies get rejected) but they read the room and handed me water and sent me straight to my room. (But seriously doubletree cookies are awesome.) For diamond members, there is a credit for the snack place next door which I greatly appreciate- some cold water or something to make the stay more comfortable. My room was clean and quiet. I got an upper floor and the CORNER. The corner was sooooo nice- some city fights at night and lots of sunshine when I had conference calls during the day. I really appreciated it. The shower was nice with good water pressure, a shower wand, and nice big fluffy towels. My suite also had a tub which I truly needed in this case for my recovery. I would note there was no grab bar around the tub which could be a bit of a safety issue, but I was very happy to have the tub. One key thing about doubletrees is the bedding- mine was perfect- clean crisp sheets that cooled off and pillows that didn't trigger my allergies. I was very grateful. The hotel I'm in tonight doesn't have these pillows and I had to buy two of my own to make it the next three days. Now the restaurant downstairs- I splurged and ate at Gibsons. It was delicious as expected but will review separately. I do love there is a hotel entrance to Gibsons. Overall a pleasant relaxing stay amidst a busy work week and a lot of discomfort.
