The check in process was very easy, and had no issues at all and straightforward. I was asked which floor and side you'd like to stay on, which I found to be convenient, because I enjoy being at high level with a nice view. The 3rd floor is where I stayed, and the room I received looked very nice. It featured a couch with my plan, which I can't complain at all. I had no problems in my room, with a slight minor confusion, the strip lights located above the bed and TV switch is turned on and off from the power strip (don't have photos), but I was wondering if there was even a switch for it. Breakfast was free, and I enjoyed the offerings they had, with a number of choices and variety. There are plenty of tables to sit at, which keeps the line moving in and out. I found the pancakes to be tasty, at least at this location. I enjoyed my stay here, and I'm sure to make this stop again soon.

Disappointing Stay Marred by Rude Management and Inconsistent Customer Service…read moreMy recent stay at the Home2 Suites in Warminster, PA, was decent in terms of the room--clean, comfortable, and up to the brand's usual standards--but the entire experience was ruined by the shockingly poor customer service from the front desk manager. As a Hilton Gold member, I reached out early in the morning to request a late checkout for our group. She immediately shut it down, saying they "don't do late checkouts" here. When I inquired if this aligned with Hilton's policies, she curtly replied that it's a franchise and they "don't have to follow Hilton policy." Her attitude was abrasive and unhelpful right off the bat. Things escalated when I learned that another person in our group had already been granted a late checkout by a different staff member. I brought this up politely, hoping for some fairness, but she flew into a rage, demanding the room number so she could "cancel it right away." This level of pettiness and hostility is unacceptable in any hospitality setting--it left me stunned and frustrated. We love the Home2 Suites concept for its reliability and perks, but this location's management makes it a no-go. The rude, inconsistent service completely undermines the brand. If you're expecting the courtesy and consistency Hilton promises, especially as a rewards member, look elsewhere in the area. This spot isn't worth the hassle.

The clock wasn't even plugged in. The tv's had only basic cable - no TCM, no Premium channels or games or On Demand, plus, they weren't smart tv's, so I couldn't stream or access Netflix or Prime from my phone. No dvd or cd player...nothing! You had to ask for a cooktop & they delivered a conduction burner & frying pan. I didn't see a soda machine, but wouldn't pay $4.00 for a soda from the small snack store near the check in counter.

We had a bus shuttle that picked us up for the wedding and drop us off, so no one had to worry about drinking and driving. The hotel was beautiful. Staff were very accommodating. Our room was a king size suite , bed was very comfortable and AC worked wonders. Our room was on the 4th floor. We didn't get to try the free breakfast in the morning, besides a few cups of the complimentary coffee ( also offer tea) 24 hours a day. Coffee was always fresh and hot. Very nice hotel and staff were outstanding.

Nate was at the front desk and super nice. We got our free treat. Our room smelled good and had everything that we needed, as pictured when I booked our room online. We had a cozy night after Peddler's Village and dinner. Quiet and with an awesome comfortable King bed. We both slept great. Breakfast was so yummy! I had a bagel with cream cheese, eggs (saucer style with cheese in the middle) and two cups of really good coffee. Sir had a freshly self made waffle, eggs and a sausage patty. Lots of hungry guests were abound. I especially enjoyed meeting/petting an adorable dog that one couple had with them. For a dog friendly hotel, it was clean and had no traces of four legged friends. Everywhere you look the attention to detail is amazing and the public space really makes you feel like you are at home.

On the bathroom mirror is a sticker that explains that housekeeping is given every other day, which is fine with us. But in seven days, we received only ONE DAY of housekeeping, and then only because we asked for it. When we asked at the front desk what was going on, the desk clerk replied that "this is not a full-service hotel, and you have to ASK for housekeeping". Really? I've never had to ask for housekeeping at any hotel I've stayed in ever, and certainly not for one I stayed in for seven nights! And the sticker on our bathroom mirror says that housekeeping is given every other day! And as for "not a full-service hotel"?? The hotel has full amenities in the rooms - toiletries, fridge, microwave and coffee set up. They have a pool, a jacuzzi, a gym and full hot breakfast complimentary each morning. What exactly makes it not a full-service hotel?? Our trash really piled up (no one came to empty it), our towels smelled after a while (no one changed them out) and I don't like to make my own bed on vacation! Very nice hotel in general, and good hot breakfast, but the housekeeping issue really ruined it for us.
