We booked this specific hotel with a wedding, that had a venue 10-15 minutes away. They had given a specific price for all wedding guest if booked by a specific date. We had a bus shuttle that picked us up for the wedding and drop us off, so no one had to worry about drinking and driving. The hotel was beautiful. Staff were very accommodating. Our room was a king size suite , bed was very comfortable and AC worked wonders. Our room was on the 4th floor. We didn't get to try the free breakfast in the morning, besides a few cups of the complimentary coffee ( also offer tea) 24 hours a day. Coffee was always fresh and hot. If you're traveling on the Turnpike, this hotel is worth the extra 5 minute drive north on 611. I would first like to say the front desk staff, Amit and John were very personable with a no hassle, pleasant check in. The property is relatively new, well maintained, and clean. I had the king studio tonight; furniture, carpet and appliances were all in great condition. Room and vanity are well lit. Tons of parking with shopping and food within walking distance. I like this room layout. Small seating area and a bed. I definitely recommend this property over other Hampton in the area. read more

Few choices in the immediate Doylestown area, chose this over the other Homewood Suites further north on 611 simply due to the huge price difference. We were only sleeping in the room, so as long as it was accessible, offered parking and was clean, we would be happy. I liked the hotel very much. Clean, well layed out, tons of parking. Steps away from a Buffalo Wild Wings & another similar place which is nice if you are a big group and want to simply walk across the street and not have to drive home. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. I dislike these soft flimsy feather type pillows but they are not unique to this hotel, so I can't fault them. But what's up with not having firm, full pillows as well. Bathroom was great. Big, well appointed with a huge walk in shower that had a great sliding glass door. The breakfast attendant was delightful and I could tell that she takes pride in having the buffet just right, as everything was neat & tidy and well stocked. Fruit was ripe, waffle maker clean and ready to go. This dining area is a nice space to gather outside of breakfast too. Gym was clean and stocked with weights, treadmill, bike & elliptical as well as clean towels. We enjoyed our stay, price was fair, check-in & out was simple. We would stay here every time we visited the area. read more

7/10/22 Needed a place to stay since I working in the area. As I pulled into the driveway, the place was very well manicured outside. I did not want to get my hopes up because this has thrown me off before. Upon entering the hotel, I was very relieved to see the place was extremely clean. Check-in was a breeze. Just off to the left when you check in, there are chips, soda, candy and other things you can buy. These are all at reasonable prices. (The ONLY negative thing about this entire stay is that the Manager on duty, Tea, really needs to be taught about customer service. Smile girl! I challenge myself to get grumpy people to break a smile, but she was good. There was no way. I barely got a grunt out if her.) The walk to my room was quite pleasant. I passed the pool on the first floor but didn't go in. It looked like a small pool but I didn't want to depress myself any further by looking at it because, guess what, I left my swimming trunks at home. Up the elevator to the fourth floor and to my room revealed also a very clean atmosphere. I said to myself, "this place must be new". I entered my room and found a very nice room. The first thing I always do is the blue light test and high beam flashlight test for little critters. The blue light test proved to me that whoever cleaned the room did a spectacular job! The bright flashlight test, which normally reveals dust bunnies and such, not only revealed that there were no critters but there were no dust bunnies. This place is immaculate! I would have included a photograph of the bathroom which was also spectacular, however, I am in the medical field and I wanted to get a shower as soon as possible. Special note: I had a microwave and a small mini refrigerator in the room. The first thing I did was crank the thermostat down as I like to sleep in a refrigerator when my wife is not with me complaining about the cold. I got settled and took a shower after a long day at work. The water pressure and the shower temperature were perfect although I noticed afterwards that the shower leaked just a little bit onto the floor. I turned the large screen TV on and watched something but really didn't pay attention to it. Like most people I was messing around on my phone with social media. I have T-Mobile service and my 5G was coming in full strength here. A quick FaceTime call to my wife to tell her I miss her was very nice other than the fact that she told me about a few chores I forgot to do before I left the house. Oops! I did ,however, get a chance to talk to my dogs. I had a great night sleep on a very soft bed. The room included four pillows, which for me, is nowhere near enough but I was satisfied. I had the whole bed to myself! No wife, no dogs! Don't get me wrong. I miss them very much but this was nice. I slept corner to corner on the bed because I could! This hotel is also very quiet! The room was quiet. I did not hear any neighbors at any time and in my room there was no snoring (the dogs...not my wife). Buffalo Wild Wings and Red Robin are literally yards away so unless these don't flat your boat, you don't have to use a delivery service or go back out for food. If you don't mind walking across the street, there is an IHOP and Chic Filet. It also looked like there was some kind of a hiking trail running along the property line. I like to walk but guess what? I forgot my walking shoes at home. Hmmmm, That must've been on my chore list They have a breakfast starting at 6 AM. It was on time and unbelievable lime the rest of this place. Wow! Seriously folks, this place is top-notch! In my line of work, I stay in hotels often and this one sets the bar very high. If you can get past a non-welcoming manager, you will have a wonderful stay. read more

Stayed here recently during a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. This is a new property and the rooms were in a really good shape. I got upgraded and had a ton of room. Service at the hotel was the downfall. I had some issues with the front desk and was really turned off. Not like I had a ton of interaction but just annoying things. Breakfast was your standard Hampton Inn. Items were good but again nothing out of the ordinary. Overall this was a good visit with minor issues. read more

Pros: This hotel is close to Doylestown and that's what we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and we could set the thermostat to a very cold temperature, which I appreciated. Cons: The rooms look brand new but there is not much storage for clothes. In a room with a king bed you'd expect it's 2 people but I had to live out of my suitcase as the one 'dresser' had room for just my husband's clothes. There is *zero* customer service. Cleary, the folks working the front desk hate their job. In the morning, we had to ask the front desk for the microwavable egg sandwich (which is silly), so we apologetically went to the front desk to ask for one. The male manager said NOTHING in response to our request, walked next to us while ignoring out attempts at jokes and handed us the item without saying ONE WORD. Weird and very unprofessional. More than once, in the evening, we asked the female manager if the fire pit was on. We were told "Not yet, it needs to be darker out *and* then someone has to ask". Ummm, we're asking *now*. She acted like the cost of the propane came out of her check. Totally ridiculous. Once it was finally turned on, we found out 2 other guests went as far as offering her money to turn it on because she fought them on it too. She REALLY didn't want to turn that fire pit on. I've stayed at hotels with fire pits and they are *always* on - you aren't expected to BEG for it. Pro tip: If you're going to use the fire pit as a selling point on your website (and it's a pandemic where folks can't sit inside together)........TURN IT ON without expecting your paying guests to beg you to do so. The breakfast was crappy, not the usual decent Hampton Inn breakfast but that's not their fault, it's due to Covid protocols and we expected it, so that wasn't a big deal. read more

What was best about the Hampton Inn and Suites in Warrington, Pennsylvania was the service provided by the desk person MayEllen. She was accommodating, helpful and informative. She patiently explained services. She made us feel welcome. She told us about some local hiking places that we loved. The room and bed were OK. Very good shower. The quality of the television screen was exceptional. Beautiful color. The channel offerings were limited. We prefer a better variety of both news and entertainment. Maybe we missed it but there did not seem to be darkening curtains on the window. There was a shade. Like all breakfasts in this period of lockdown there was a variety of items that we could take to our room. The muffins were terrible. Inedible. Much too sweet. I have never seen a baked item where the first ingredient was sugar. Bagels were OK. Glad they had Cheerios and milk. Coffee was good. Location is good. Hotel is set back from the highway. We did not hear highway noise in our room. Close enough to Bucks County. A decent two star hotel with fairy reasonable rates. read more

I've enjoyed my extended stay here over the past month. It truly does feel like a home away from home. Part of that is because it's so tidy and usually pretty quiet, but the other part is attributed to the fantastic staff. They go out of their way to be gracious and hospitable to all of the guests. It's just a really great crew here -- from management, front desk, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff. The décor is nice, the facilities are exceedingly spacious and clean, and the free breakfast is better than most offerings at comparable hotels. The location is also fantastic. It's conveniently located off 611 with easy access to tons of shopping centers, eateries, and recreational opportunities (Power Line Trail, Kohler Park, tons of bars...). Parking is also plentiful. I hope to stay here for a long time to come. read more

If you are getting married DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL FOR GUESTS OR GETTING READY!!! Shane at the front desk is so nasty and rude I don't know how he has a job! First when we made the room block we were told we'd start with 25 rooms and then add more as they filled up. I asked how many we'd need for 180 people and they said 35-50. Great. Our family took all 25 rooms quickly and when I asked for more they freaked out saying they might be able to give me 10 more but that was pushing it. I said how did this change? And they said they had 5 weddings booked for this Saturday. For a 100 room hotel there never should have been 5 weddings booked. So we had to wait to get more rooms til when the blocks from others weddings reached the 30 day mark and could open up. We ended up having about 6 rooms at another hotel because they couldn't accommodate. Then the day of the wedding we were supposed to be able to check in around 3pm. No one got rooms til 4/430. And they charged everyone different rates than what we contracted with them. And put random holes 3x the amount of the hotel room on their cc. The front desk was beyond rude to everyone and didn't hand out the hotel bags we made. My poor maid of honor was going back and forth trying the make sure they were doing their jobs all day since they weren't. The "bridal suite" was just a king bed room. My other bridesmaids were trying to make us switch with their rooms because they were bigger. I do not recommend this hotel at all!! read more

This is a first class hotel. I have stayed at places like Atlantis in the Bahamas and many wonderful hotels in Europe and this hotel rivals the 5 star hotels. In fact, I question the judgement of rating this hotel as a standard 2 star hotel. Booking through the front desk was easy because I was having trouble with the online booking websites and they gave me a wonderful room for the same price. The front service desk was both extremely helpful and friendly. I got a great rate of $139.99 on a very busy weekend during wedding season, making my reservations 2 weeks before a baby shower that I was to attend. The individuals at the front desk were helpful and kind, even though I locked myself out of my room by mistake on the first day because I had a long harrowing drive from Connecticut and I was burnt out. I'm 61 and had some senior moments and they could not have been more patient. The rooms were immaculate, quiet, modern and I felt very safe, which was important because I was traveling alone. The amenities like the sauna-like pool, outdoor grill and fire pit area were welcoming and made this hotel feel like home. The free breakfast consisted of omelettes, fruit, 2 stations of make your own waffles, bacon, sausages, yogurt, pastries, breads, cereal and a variety of coffees. And it was delicious. The pool was especially wonderful for me because it was so warm and clean. A delight at 8:30 in the morning. I did not use the gym but it looked spacious and well equipped. Also, there are many family restaurants within walking distance or a short drive from the hotel. Bottom line, what could have made this just another Hampton Inn was elevated by the wonderful, professional people that manage and work in this particular hotel. You can't go wrong at the Hampton Inn in Warrington PA. I am looking forward to staying there again with other family members when my Grandchild is born in November. read more
