Disappointing Stay Marred by Rude Management and Inconsistent Customer Service My recent stay at the Home2 Suites in Warminster, PA, was decent in terms of the room--clean, comfortable, and up to the brand's usual standards--but the entire experience was ruined by the shockingly poor customer service from the front desk manager. As a Hilton Gold member, I reached out early in the morning to request a late checkout for our group. She immediately shut it down, saying they "don't do late checkouts" here. When I inquired if this aligned with Hilton's policies, she curtly replied that it's a franchise and they "don't have to follow Hilton policy." Her attitude was abrasive and unhelpful right off the bat. Things escalated when I learned that another person in our group had already been granted a late checkout by a different staff member. I brought this up politely, hoping for some fairness, but she flew into a rage, demanding the room number so she could "cancel it right away." This level of pettiness and hostility is unacceptable in any hospitality setting--it left me stunned and frustrated. We love the Home2 Suites concept for its reliability and perks, but this location's management makes it a no-go. The rude, inconsistent service completely undermines the brand. If you're expecting the courtesy and consistency Hilton promises, especially as a rewards member, look elsewhere in the area. This spot isn't worth the hassle. read more

Breakfast buffet was terrible! Hard boiled eggs, rubbery fried? Eggs, 2 cheeses, no meat. Prepackaged bagels, stale English muffins, white & wheat bread. Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt (from a machine??) & fixin's, plus a waffle maker, juice & coffee. Very basic & nothing freshly prepared. Then, the room...One of the tv's didn't work - fixed the next day. The clock wasn't even plugged in. The tv's had only basic cable - no TCM, no Premium channels or games or On Demand, plus, they weren't smart tv's, so I couldn't stream or access Netflix or Prime from my phone. No dvd or cd player...nothing! You had to ask for a cooktop & they delivered a conduction burner & frying pan. I didn't see a soda machine, but wouldn't pay $4.00 for a soda from the small snack store near the check in counter. read more

I enjoyed my stay here. Even had a chance to use the pool, and it was very nice. I needed the breather. Staff is awesome. My only issue is the expense, but I guess hotel pricing is going up in general. You might have to fight for parking, but the lots next door let you use their lots in the evening since they're closed. Stayed here for two nights over a weekend. Pros: 1. Room fully furnished with a kitchen, dinnerware, mugs, coffee maker, large fridge and dishwasher. 2. There was a small roll out desk with an office chair convenient for working or quick in-room dining. Our room also had a two person sofa with hassock. Room also has a small wardrobe, two cubbies, and USB charging outlets. 3. Room TV was a large 50" Samsung, with plenty of channels which came in handy on the coldest night of the winter. 4. Free breakfast is available seven days a week, and coffee/tea is available 24/7 for casual relaxing in the sizable lobby. 5. The staff we encountered was helpful and attentive throughout our stay. 6. A gym, small pool area and laundry facilities also are available on the ground floor. Cons: 1. While the shower was sizable and the water pressure/temperature acceptable, the water was soft, leaving a soapy feel residue even after rinsing. 2. Had issues with our room door which would require multiple attempts to properly lock/close upon departure. The door does have an additional interior security block once you've retired for the evening. 3. The HVAC unit seemed to have a mind of its own - intermittently blasting bursts of cooler air despite being set to heat the room on a 27 degree January evening. read more

Considering we stayed here during covud due to a house emergency, everything that was open to guests were fantastic. The rooms were spacious, smelled good, and were clean. On a multi-state tour for looking at colleges for my daughter, this was the best hotel we stayed at - very spacious, clean, and suited our needs. Rooms were clean. Not enough towels for the amount of people we said would be using our adjoining rooms. The rooms we reserved three weeks ahead of time were not available when we arrived. We have five children and need adjoining rooms. The pool was open but had so much chemicals in it our swim wear changed colors and eyes burned for two days. The rooms are nice. Location is quiet and close to food, gas, shopping. We would stay again. read more

Wow not sure where to begin. This is a relatively newer property; which means some things are good and others are not. Check in: I'm a Diamond and there was no acknowledgement at all during check in. I mentioned it and the clerk pulled out a basket stuffed with various crap. She pulled the crap out and said "Go ahead, take what you want." Well the bucket had some cheeze its and rice crispy treats". Not sure how long they've been there, but after all the crap piled on top of it: I passed! This is what is offered? There is a whole mini-store with candy bars, etc. I get offered junk from the bottom of a dirty basket? Shame! Room: Rooms are ok, nothing special and this is a "discount" brand within the Hilton chain. The only part was the discount missing from the room rate. This location is on par with most other Hilton and Marriott hotels in the area. The shower has dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and soap. I don't use liquid soap, so I went downstairs and asked for a bar of soap. The clerk proceeded to tell me there is a dispenser in the shower. I said "I know", I want a bar. He said they don't have any at the front desk, looked around, checked in the back; told me housekeeping is gone for the day; so no soap! Are you kidding? Overall: There is plenty of space outside to chill or work. Decent indoor pool. Unfortunately, it does not make up for the rest of the shortfalls, will not stay at this location again. read more

I had a great stay at this hotel. First and foremost, I think the housekeeping staff does a great job. It's obvious they work very hard to keep the place clean. My room was immaculate when I arrived, and the housekeeping staff was highly visible every day, cleaning the rooms on my floor. The common areas are very well kept, too. Every time I was coming or going from the hotel, I saw employees mopping floors, emptying trash cans, vacuuming the hallway, etc. The front desk staff was also courteous and helpful on the few occasions that I asked for something. My room was comfortable and I loved the room darkening shade for sleeping. There was a little bit of noise once in awhile from some of the other rooms, but nothing over the top; no loud parties or anything like that. The room had a small kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, full size fridge, dishes, dishwasher and some cooking utensils. It would be nice if the kitchen had an oven or at least a few burners to cook on, but otherwise it had everything you could need! The breakfast choices were pretty good. There wasn't a huge variety but there was enough to pick from. Plus they have items for sale, things like frozen dinners, drinks and snacks. Last but not least, the laundry room was super convenient. The washer and dryer were only 50 cents each, so $1 per wash load, and the clothes are done quickly. read more

The staff was friendly but when we arrived, our room was dirty -- pubic hair in shower, blood on toilet, carpet was sticky. There was no bottled water in the entire hotel during our stay. The individual at the front desk said it was because of a missed shipment. Hilton is a huge company and if that was the case, there is no reason why supplies from Costco (which is next door) couldn't have been procured. Pool water all over the floor by the elevators. Overall, a very poor property in the Hilton portfolio. Save your money. Homewood Suites in Horsham is far better. read more

I have no complaints. Everything was wonderful. The room: First impression was WOW! I was with my husband and two kids and staying for a few days so I like to get our stuff out of the luggage bags and there was plenty of storage. There was a nice big tv with a couch to sit and watch tv. It also pulled out to a bed which was comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They had everything you could possibly need in the room. The fridge wasn't a mini fridge. It was a good size and even a good size freezer. They even had skillets if you wanted to cook. Dishwasher, plates, silverware. Name it, it was there. The bathroom had plenty of soap and shampoo in a pump on the shower wall. They also gave shower cap, lotion, conditioner, make up wipes and q tips. There were so many towels so you don't run out. I loved the room. Staff: The staff were over the top. They were so accommodating for any of your needs. Whenever you walked by a staff they would say hello and were very friendly. The woman working at the front named Victoria knew her stuff and I can see why she ran the front. I heard some lady ask for gluten free and within a minute she had a gluten free muffin. I told her there was no more coffee and she got right on top of it. The pool: The pool was closed when I arrived and I was really upset because I purposely chose this hotel for the pool having the kids and all. We were allowed to use the holiday inns pool next door so I was much happier when I heard that. It's better than no pool. The pool was nice. It was pretty deep. 5 ft. It was large and it wasn't heated but it wasn't freezing. The pool had lounge chairs and plenty of towels. I wish there was a jacuzzi but there wasn't. Right outside the pool they had an area with grills that you can use and tables you can eat at. The breakfast: I enjoyed the breakfast. They have homemade waffles. They were whole grain waffles and they were good. They had bread for toast, muffins, bagels, oatmeal and cereal. They also had all different type of yogurts and they had a large selection of topping for the oatmeal and yogurt. For drinks they had everything. There was juice, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, every type of milk just about and strawberry kiwi water. They also had breakfast sandwiches, egg omelettes, egg scramblers and boiled eggs you can microwave. I tried the egg scrambler and an egg sandwich. Both were pretty good. Overall: This is a pretty new hotel. I don't even know if it's a year old. The gym was very nice, the lobby was nice and big. It felt very homey. I will be booking with home 2 suites every time I can. It was a beautiful hotel. My family & I had a fabulous experience. read more

Not a lot to report. Flight late to arrive so we were late to check in.. Was greeted and checked in, we were hungry and was told about a 24 hour diner, while different review! Knocked of a star only because by the time we returned there is no parking. I know a full lot means a full hotel so good for them. Was just a pain to have to park two parking establishments away. Especially when it was raining at the time we left the next morning it was pouring down rain. I know, too bad, but hey, it's my review. I called 24 hours in advance to cancel a reservation because a customer changed times on a following day appt. This would create an 1.5 hr drive at 5:30-6am the following morning that I was trying to avoid knowing traffic issues in Philly. The inflexibility of the Mgmt staff (Rachel) was unbelievable. I understand policy is 48 hours but had what I felt was a reasonable situation with 24 hours notice. The lack of flexibility is astonishing. read more

Really, this should be a 3.5 star review. The pros: The staff was fantastic. They were funny, and kind. The hotel allows pets which is a relief because our dog goes on a hunger strike whenever we try to board him somewhere. The bed was fine, there is a pool, the shower is fine. The breakfast options were actually pretty good. The mehs: I will acknowledge that this is some dumb stuff to complain about, however, we are paying $200+ a night here so yes, I will count it against the property that the face plates for the shampoo and the body wash mounted in the shower pop off at the lightest touch *every* *time*. The bed was dressed with three pillows, and there was a 4th in the cabinet but that is not enough pillows. Put 4 on the bed with options for #5 & 6 in the cabinet. The first night the AC made a terrible noise but that went away the 2nd night. The ews: The pool. It's great the pool is open 'til 11pm. It was less great that when we tried to go to it at 9:30pm there were no less than 5-6 *little* (I am talking less than 2 years old) kids in floaties by the steps into the pool. It honestly looked like a swimming lesson. There were adults there with them, but jeez, it's almost 10 pm. There were an additional 2 tween-aged kids continuously doing cannonballs into the pool from the sides and now, am I being too sensitive because I watched my dying mom in the hospital that day? yes. Absolutely. And I would have been willing to overlook that if it were not for the fact that the pool water was unnaturally salty. If that salt was from liquid chlorine to shock the pool clean, or from the fact that there were a half dozen diapered kids in the pool then and who knows how many more over the course of the day, I don't know but my husband got in and said "yeah this is gross". The pool was closed for maintenance the next day (saturday) so I don't know if that was an anomaly or not. I'm hoping it was. read more

Stayed July 2019 Pros: - It was quiet - if you like to walk or run outside its a really nice location - For an extended stay hotel it was generally quiet Cons: - I opened the pack of bedding meant for the pull out bed and there was a substance on the blanket. I chose to beleive it was food and sat the entire package in the hallway - water pressure for the shower is crap. I'm a bald guy and it took a while to rinse soap off. Forget long hair. The water pressure was so low that leaving the shower on full heat with the bathroom door closed for a long period doesn't steam the mirror or heat the bathroom. - The internet here was pretty slow considering they have the newer system Hilton is installing nation wide. It was usable, but I had to switch toy hotspot a few times to work online. - Physical layout and parking were very poorly designed. The elevators ore on one end of the hotel and the rooms extend out from there. I was at the end of the hallway so had to walk the entire hotel to get there. - Parking is also poorly planned. 90% of the parking lot is around the back of the hotel, opposite of the entrance, so when it's raining you get to walk around the entire hotel outside to get it. Who designed this!!?? - Rooms are smaller than other Home2's I've stayed at. No big deal as long as you expect it read more

Excellent place to stay.It's a BRAND new property so it's sparkly clean. The room was spacious and kitchen was equipped with utensil & dishes. Also seperate living room space with sofa bed was perfect. Breakfast as above average. Everything was so perfect for me and my family. I didn't have time to use the gym and pool but it looked modern and clean. ONLY thing was the the parking space was bit limited but u can park at adjoining spaces they share with other business. I spent 4 nights in the hotel. My friend and her two children joined us for the last two nights. My brother and his kids spent two nights in the hotel as well (in their own room). My nephew wanted to sleep in my room with his cousin one night. My nephew wet the bed in the middle of the night. When I woke up and discovered what had happened, I immediately stripped the bed. There is a mattress protector on the bed, and that was wet as well. I tried to take it off, but it was zip tied on. I called housekeeping around 6am and let them know what had happened and requested that someone come and remove the cover and change the sheets. I reminded the front desk of my request around 1pm, as it had not been taken care of yet. Around 6pm, it still had not been taken care. I called the front desk again and said if someone would just come take the cover off and bring me sheets I would make the bed myself. Someone came up and handed me sheets and then started to leave. I told her I needed the mattress cover removed. She went over to the bed and started to make it. I stopped her and said the mattress protector needed to be taken off. She explained that she didn't speak much English. I tried to explain what was needed, and she said she had to talk to a supervisor. She left. A few minutes later, the front desk calls and says that the mattress protector can only be removed by maintenance, and they won't be in until 6am the next morning. I explain that there is only a zip tie holding it on, and she said only maintenance can remove them. She repeated that they would be in the next morning. I explained to her that there was per on the bed, and we needed to sleep on it. She stated that my only other option was to switch rooms. I'm sorry, what?? You really can't change this sheet, so now I have to move rooms with 3 little kids? I was told that was my only option. Because we needed the bed, I had to switch rooms. The new room was on a completely different floor. It was a huge inconvenience, and took at least an hour and a half out of the time I was supposed to be spending visiting with my friend. No one offered any help with our move or any other form of compensation for this huge inconvenience. I find it ridiculous that there was no way to remove this mattress cover. I can't be the first person to stay there who has had a child wet the bed. What would they have done if the hotel was full and they couldn't find us a new room? If you are going to put covers on the mattresses that are not removable, then at least make them waterproof!! It is highly unlikely that I will be returning to this hotel. read more

My family and I stayed at the Warminster location for a few nights. We stayed in a suite which far exceeded our expectations. The manager Diane as well as Amir went above and beyond in every way for our stay. This place is underrated and highly recommend staying here over anywhere else. read more

AMAZING!!!! The property is new, clean, inviting and the staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. We were greeted by Jackie and Victoria and I can't say enough wonderful things about the two! The room was very spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed to complete our weekend stay. The complimentary breakfast was great, had a nice variety of selections considering it was more of a continental style breakfast. It was our first stay at the Hilton chain and we are definitely looking forward to more! ( So impressed that we signed up for their Hilton Honor Rewards program). Thank you so much Victoria!!
