What they call "Breakfast" - 9am on a Monday. Zoom in and read the signs.

YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAY YOU PAY FOR... * the hotel looks rundown and sits right next to the freeway * it was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. Every day I woke up with back pain and neck pain. I'm pretty sure the floor would have been more comfortable. Even the pillows were awful. * virtually nothing was provided... tiny packets of shampoo (no conditioner), super basic coffee packets with one small packet of creamer. There was a sign to request other amenities if desired... but everything just felt as minimal as possible, like they spent less than $2 to stock the room. * the shower head was super short, I had to lean back to get my head under it * they say wifi is available, but they give zero information about it * there's people smoking on the balconies and walk areas * THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. It's a "grab and go" counter. There was rotting bananas, occasionally oranges, then a little set of shelves with some "aussie" bites, brownie bites, some various sugary cereal to-go containers. Then a small fridge with little things like juice or milk. Virtually zero protein, and tons of signs "only take one" of the littlest things. The last day I was here, they had *nothinG*! Do not expect to have breakfast here. * See pics below and zoom in... signs like this were *everywhere*, like they needed to nickel and dime you for every little thing. There weren't even any vending machines for food, just one for some drinks. And their water dispensers you had to use their cups for, you can't fill up your water bottle, except by doing it one cup at a time with their cups. But hey, the rooms had AC!

Worst customer service I got there first night I booked a pet friendly room thru Expedia found out that I needed to call ahead (was not infirm) either way they accommodate me in a no pet room. the next day I asked to be put in a pet room for two nights they call me 12;57 pm and let m e know all good all I needed was to pay and pick up key card, later @ 7 pm another call that my room was cancel (I got the voice mail) and on top they charge me a deposit after they canceled I am dispute charges thru credit card company. We are out of town and had to sleep in my daughter's apartment floor hard to find place last minute. The room was not clean and mattress wrapped in plastic I wish there was a negative bottom.

"Let me be perfectly clear" This motel is very disgusting, the management are awful! I was greeted to the smell of cigarette smoke, and rotting milk when I entered my room. When I called and asked about the smell, I was hung up on. And when I went into the office I was treated very poorly.

This hotel is fairly nice brand new renovated floors, recently new flat screen HD TVs. Bed made with care! Bed confortable. Clean not a speck on the floor. Bathroom was fairly clean I notice a few spots on the bathtub but nothing to worry about. The room was smoke free and came with the basic mini fridge and microwave. The staff for this place is beyond great! The maids you can see put time into cleaning the rooms. And staff is extremely friendly all of them. This is a great place with clean and nice rooms and fairly cheap. This is a motel 8 like motel but not the cheap low quality of motel 8.

    Bed bug bites.

The pool is ok but the Hot tub was old didn't get too Hot and disappointing after walking a lot it would have been great to sit in. I also gave it four stats because the handle to the sink was broken off. It was a hassle and you think they would know that? They have a full Breakfast every morning which is nice. Coffee and water in the lobby all day. Their Cable TV only worked a little bit so that got old quickly. It just seems like if they paid more attention to the small details it would have been great.

Let me start by saying I have stayed at BWP for over 25 years now, it is my topic for a hotel,…read moreuntil this last weekend, AND it will be my last time ever using a BW if this issue cannot be resolved. I called August 20, Thursday morning from Helena Montana to BWP in Puyallup Washington. I spoke to a young lady on the phone and asked if they would have availability and that we were driving from Helena Montana and it's going to be a 14 Hour drive over, and that we are going to need a place to stay. We had already pre-reserved a hotel for the 21st and the 22nd. However, we didn't know what time we were going to be there on Thursday, so we wanted to check in when we got there.  It took us 14 hours to drive straight. We arrived at 4 AM to the BWP in Washington. When we arrived the lady was very nice however, she said there are no check-ins after a certain time and that we need to come back at 11 AM when our check-in time is for the 21st. I explained to her that I had spoken to someone, and they told us that they'd have availability and allow us to check in, and she said there's nothing she can do but to try to come back at 7 AM and speak with someone.  So, that is exactly what I did. I went and slept in my car with my two dogs and my husband for three hours and went back in at 7 AM. I begged for them to make an exception, that we would even pay for another night. The manager knew I was coming, and would not even make eye contact with me, barely! I could tell that she really did not want to make an exception for me, but did anyways which I was extremely thankful for! BUT, she did make it a point to inform me that the hotel policies typically don't allow this sort of situation to happen but For us they were going to let us check in a few hours early. And believe me, I was beyond thankful that they could just bill us and we could get into the room because we were so tired. Well then, each morning when we woke up I would notice an ant, here or there, in the room, even a couple of ants down on the counter where breakfast was served. We did not think anything of it and it was not a big deal. We're from Montana. However, it wasn't until Sunday morning the room was INFESTED, and that is an understatement. The ants were everywhere, the floors, the bathroom tub and toilet, the beds, the towels. Pictures below and I have videos that won't post on here.  The third issue was they have a very small pet area, which is fine. However, in that pet area was a half smoked joint of some kind, and a vape pen cartridge out there with who knows what, and those items remained out there the entire time we were visiting and if anybody knows anything about THC and animals, is if they get any contact with it, it could kill them because they cannot process it the same as humans can.  Lastly, I thought it was very trashy for the cleaning crew to set out a TON of cleaning supplies, like a bunch of buckets with rags, and cleaning supplies, and all kinds of things outside of our room waiting for us to check out on Sunday morning. It was embarrassing to us like where are some kinds of pigs or something???  I felt very unwanted there every time I asked a question, and felt like I was the biggest disturbance in the world for trying to pay for an extra night or pay for check-in early, and also like we kind of were treated like trash! All that being said, I tried to give the hotel a chance to rectify the situation and they were absolutely unconcerned by what I had to say, the guy at the front desk did not even look up at me once, had no interest in looking at the photos or videos. not even an apology or anything, so i handed him my key card and left. I know these problems may not be the desk people; however, these ARE issues and SOMEONE has to be responsible for this.  Because of this experience, I would like BWP to make it right! Otherwise, I will have no choice but to never use BW again and I will also never be recommending BW to anybody I know, and I plan on reviewing everywhere I can think of this situation so no one else has to experience this and feel what I felt leaving there. It seemed as if it boiled down to laziness, lack of cleanliness, lack of respect and carelessness. Please BW make this right. The Hotel was under Jason Rand from August 20 to the 22nd. You can step up for BW staff and put in the effort to find our information and get into contact with Jason or I and make this right. If made right I will be more than happy to give BW another chance, however, never will I stay at this specific one in Puyallup ever again!!! Sincerely, Sharon Cicero

Behind the hotel there is a shopping center, mall, movie theater. Target, Famous Dave's, BJs, and Red Robin all with in walking distance. On the other side of freeway which is still pretty close. There is Walmart, Black Angus, Home Depot, Panera Bread. Best Buy, Fed Ex, and plenty of other stores and restaurants. Great location, for anyone who does not want to drive far for anything. Hotel cleanliness I will give about a 3 1/2 in my bedroom. Only because I pulled the chair up to sit by husband and there was a used condom wrapper and toys under chair. Yikes! I am gonna guess housekeepers just have not thought to move the big chairs to check. I left the stuff, not gonna touch it. However they have done a great job making sure we have a clean bathroom and plenty of towels. My room is always cleaned before 2pm each day so that also works for me. I don't know what kind of Section 8 trickery this place is pulling, but there are entire families living in these 150 sq ft sadness cubes. I'm paying about $1400/month. I don't imagine Bobby Sue and her 5 kids would a) be able to drop that kind of cash or b) choose to live in a sadness cube over an actual apartment, particularly way out here, where you can probably find one for like $600/month, if something shady wasn't going on. In short, if you're a drug addled carnie, this is the place for you. OH! One plus. The front desk staff is very nice, and really tries to help.
