Do not stay here unless you want to stay in a disgusting hotel and have lies told to your bank when you refuse to stay! We checked in to this place on August 1, 2019 and had to pay for a full 5 day stay before we were given access to the room. Red Flag! Within 20 minutes we were asking for another room. Our room's phone had the wire cut, the restroom looked like someone had used it, there was dust everywhere. This room looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. When we asked for another room we were told they were sold out and didn't have another room, which seemed odd since we had reduced our reservations from 2 rooms to 1 a few hours prior to arrival. When we left the room to go to the lobby we took pictures of what appeared to be dog shit on the carpet in front of the room next door, which wasn't there when we went into our room. We told the lady at the front counter about the shit on the carpet and we were told only the "boss" could do something for us and he would not be there until the next day. We told the young lady the room was disgusting and could not stay even 1 night. She said she was sorry but did not offer any other option. We then checked out and were told they do not give any proof of check out or receipt when leaving. Another Red Flag! By this time we had already contacted our bank and asked how to fight this charge, if they did in fact try to charge us. Now three months later we are still fighting the full 5 day charge and they have even sent my bank fake documents supposedly showing we stayed for 5 days! Good thing for us we have proof of our stay in a Red roof Inn that we stayed at across town for the same time frame. Believe me this is the first review of many complaints to come, from the city of Des Moines Washington to Google to anywhere else, as long as this place keeps trying to steal from us, we will fight them to the end!!!

Choosing a Marriott-branded property like the Four Points by Sheraton for airport parking usually…read moreimplies a certain standard of professional logistics, but this experience was a failure from start to finish. The facility provides zero clear signage for travelers, leading me to park near S 224th St only to find every access door locked. This forced a long walk around the building just to check in, which is where the operational incompetence truly began. The check-in process is bafflingly manual for the year 2026. Rather than using license plate recognition or a digital reservation system, the staff required a tedious amount of information just to hand-write a paper slip. I then had to walk all the way back to my vehicle to place it on the dashboard. This unnecessary back-and-forth created a bottleneck that frustrated the shuttle driver, who then directed his irritation at me because the hotel's own inefficient system had put him behind schedule. The return journey was the most egregious part of the experience. After calling from baggage claim and being assured a shuttle was on the way, I was left stranded at the pickup location for over forty minutes. During that time, I watched a constant parade of competitors pass by at least twice while the Four Points shuttle remained a no-show. I eventually had to give up on the service I already paid for and shell out an additional $30 for an Uber just to reach my own vehicle. Do not let the brand name mislead you into expecting a modern or reliable operation. This facility is disorganized and significantly behind the times. If you value your time and want to avoid paying a "hidden" Uber tax to get back to your car, you are much better off choosing a professional dedicated lot. Master Park, WallyPark, Doug Fox, and Park n Jet all showed far superior frequency and reliability during the forty minutes I spent waiting for a shuttle that never arrived.

"We Are Family" - Nile Rodgers and CHIC…read more I've been wanting to stay at Cedarbrook Lodge for many years but the opportunity never came up until our we had our recent cruise out of Seattle. This lodge was used for our return flight from SEATAC to HNL due to the convenience factor close to the airport. One thing I've learned over many years of travel - stay closer to the hotel if you have an early morning flight out. Don't risk staying miles away driving in traffic, because anything can happen. STELLAR: - Shout out to TJ and Minerva!!! - We were treated with the utmost care and almost like family the minute we checked in to drop off our luggage. We were very early but didn't want to explore Seattle with luggage in our rental car, so they stored it for us. They texted us several hours later to tell us our room was early. We ended up checking in at 10:30 PM because we had other plans and forgot to tell the hotel. They were very worried about us as they saw our luggage still sitting on the floor. They feared we got into a bad accident, or got kidnapped, and all other manner of bad things. Next time I will make sure to call ahead. GREAT: - Rooms are clean and comfortable, nice and spacious! - Quiet and restful. - Very attractive grounds. My plan was to explore but we got back late into the night, so perhaps next time. - Self parking, lot of room! Open-air. - Super close to the airport, less than 15 minutes away. - Complimentary mini Haagen Daas Ice Creams in the common lounge in the freezer (see picture) - Complimentary purified water stations, coffee in the AM and cookies. - Affordable, especially if you book out a year in advance like I did. We paid $274.36 for a Double Queen. - Self park daily $33.00. Other: - We grabbed take out breakfast from Taco Bell down the street for the airport wait. - If you want to have some wine, cocktails or beer, save your money, don't buy any from the gas station down the street, the cost was prohibitive. Buy before you get to Cedarbrook. The Lodge has a cocktail lounge but didn't try it. Amazing lodge with the best service, clean, spacious and quiet rooms on a gorgeous property near SEATAC airport. Return Factor: - Yes, next time will try to enjoy the grounds and the amenities instead of using it as a crash pad.

Let's start with the parking lot, which appears to have been designed exclusively for clown cars or perhaps very optimistic compact vehicles. If you're driving anything larger than a shoebox, prepare for a thrilling game of "will this fit," followed by a graceful 17-point turn. The rooms are described as comfortable, which I assume is hospitality code for "cozy if you don't inhale too deeply." Spacious is not a word I would use unless we are comparing it to a broom closet. Now, if you enjoy saunas but wish they came without consent, you're in luck. My heater was stuck at a steady 78 degrees day and night, turning my room into a tropical retreat I never asked for. To their credit, they did move me... to a room where I could enjoy the next feature. Trains. Loud, proud, earth-shaking trains. All day. All night. Not "in the distance" trains, but "is there a locomotive in my hallway" trains. If you've ever wanted to feel like you're sleeping directly on a railroad track, this is your moment. There is technically a water view, which sounds lovely until you realize the parking lot sits right below your window. So when you open the blinds, you're not just enjoying the scenery, you're starring in it. Breakfast was... ambitious. I would have gladly paid extra for something edible, or at least something that didn't feel like it lost a fight with a microwave. After working a very long night, I thought maybe, just maybe, there'd be a small gesture of goodwill like a late checkout. Instead, I was told they had 68 checkouts that day, which apparently made flexibility impossible. No apology, no acknowledgment of the sauna experience, no effort to make it right. Just a firm "time to go." All things considered, I'd rate this stay somewhere between a 1 and a 2 out of 5. I won't be returning, and consider this your friendly warning: if you stay here, bring a small car, earplugs, and a strong sense of humor.

But no need since they have shuttles that run about every 20 minutes to the airport. Also, you can grab the light rail from the airport, which means you can head into downtown Seattle for a measly $3, way cheaper than any other type of transportation. I do like the buffet breakfast a lot, higher quality than some of its peers. They usually have some interesting meats and cheeses, and will make an omelet with bespoke ingredients as part of the buffet. However, sometimes service can be a bit hit or miss. The last time I was there in April 2026, my waitress seemed like she was out of it and charged me the wrong price. I did manage to get it cleared up, but it was frustrating. This hotel has really nice conference rooms and function space. I also think overall the staff is pretty nice. Usually, some of the elevators are not working, which is frustrating. And I wish they had valet parking because it's almost impossible to get a parking space here if there is a convention going on!

On day three, the service elevator was suddenly accessible to those who needed it, but two days went by before it was offered as an option. Housekeeping was inattentive. I left the room at 8:30 in the morning, without the do not disturb sign on. I could see the carts moving down the hall, so I knew they had been working on rooms. At 2 pm, I could see no carts in the hallway and the room hadn't been made up. I called and asked for extra towels and asked when they would get to the room. They sent someone especially to straighten the room, since they were done for the day. No one ever brought extra towels, though. The breakfast restaurant was a great idea, but our server was definitely on something. She was very out of it. At one point, she dropped the coffee pot off at our table by mistake and didn't give us the bill but demanded our credit cards. Twenty minutes later she came back and told us that we forgot to sign the slips. No. She never dropped them off for us to sign, plus she'd kidnapped our credit cards so we were unable to leave. When she finally brought them back, she had double charged us. We tried to get help and no one, including the manager wanted to help when it was the server's error. We kept being told that she was on her way. It took her fifteen minutes to come out of the kitchen to help fix it and then another five minutes to figure out how to fix it. Ridiculous. The shuttle and luggage hold were great. Every twenty minutes the shuttle would pick up at the airport and drop off at the hotel. It was extremely easy and convenient.
