When I read the previous Yelp reviews I was convinced to give them a called, and now I want to do the due diligence to make sure others who need things hauled away, know this is the place to call. I'll describe my experience, and how it went down play-by-play style. I made a call Wednesday to the number listed and it ended up going to voicemail. Within a half hour I got a call back and it was Andrea, who seems to be the face or leader of the operation, she apologized for missing the call, was very polite, and set me up with an appointment for a quote on Friday morning. Friday morning came around and Andrea called ahead and let me know her and the crew would be there in 30 minutes. They showed up 30 minutes almost on the dot. Andrea gave me a quote, I agreed, shook hands. The crew got to work. The end result was exactly what I wanted. Debris gone, area clean. My price was $300 to re do it. The salt that you have out in the foothills is no joke and eats up everything. There's a new product that came out that should last longer but it's very expensive. Just go to United janitorial purchase it and I'll be more than happy to apply it for you. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great day! My response: Nope, can't be the salt in the foothills water because I mopped the floor only once with Reverse Osmosis water and nothing else. There was a bit of rain water that could have got on the floor near the door but I doubt it has any salt in it. When I asked you how long the wax would last you told me a couple years then you might have to come out and touch it up. I am glad that Sandra is so happy with your work, I am just pointing out what happened with mine. And I never received any calls to return to redo the floor, and I still have the same number and live in the same house. Keep treating customers like this and you won't be so busy anymore.
