I go to pick up the suit and right off the bat, I can tell it wasn't 'white' anymore but a 'yellowish' looking color. Upon closer inspection, there were blotches of yellow/brown stains all over the entire jacket and trousers. I can't believe that they would try and pass this off as acceptable and just assume that the customer was dumb enough not to see it! I rejected it and asked them to redo the process again. I picked it up a few days later and the blotches are still there and the suit has lost its bright white color. I can't even find a replacement white linen suit anymore. I should have done a little more research before I settled for this place. Never again!

They charged me $46 for the formal (unformal) dress, and $26 for a non maxi dress. Mind you the 3rd dress was only $16. I cost me more to clean one non formal dress then it did to clean 2 suits. I wouldn't recommend these people. If you do, ask for the prices first before giving them your clothes or you will be paying for stuff you didn't bring them.

What is "special care" if even plain-as-day marks aren't "cared" for? Waste of money. Ah, also I called in to check if the jacket was ready to be picked up, but no one was on the phone. I asked for a quote to have our windows cleaned inside and out, including the screens. The response was within an hour and we scheduled Gabe to come out and give us a quote. I had also contacted a couple of additional window cleaners for their quotes as well. The quote from Looking Glass was quite competitive and we had a very favorable impression of Gabe personally. There were other quotes from highly-rated cleaning companies that likely do a great job but we decided to go with Gabe. Maybe it is little things like his website that notes he is licensed and insured or his twenty years of experience. So we set a date for the cleaning and then just watched the weather. Well, today was the appointment date and the weather couldn't have been better. Gabe showed up on time and was ready to get to work. We texted an hour before he arrived to ask him to bring proof of insurance. The response came instantly from his wife who keeps him organized (common theme) and she said he always has a copy on his clipboard. Unlike some other companies, he does all the work himself. So he is not having to supervise some potentially lesser skilled workers. He quickly got to work and did the entire outside in the first couple of hours. Then he was inside going from room to room to clean the windows and the screens. He even used tarps to protect the countertops and our wood floors while he worked. When he had finished the first floor, he encouraged us to check the windows he had done to see if he had missed anything. This is my wife's job and she found a couple of streaks that were quickly taken care of before moving to complete the upstairs and then basement windows. Gabe is a hard worker who is very good at what he does and doesn't take us pointing out a streak or smudge as criticism but rather a means to get a perfect result for his client. He has all the equipment needed to do a great job and does not leave any mess when he is done. It was a genuine pleasure to have Gabe clean our windows that were overdue for a cleaning. We could keep busy with other things and sometimes almost forgot he was here...until we heard an occasional squeegee squeak! I would definitely recommend Gabe and Looking Glass Window Cleaning, LLC, if you want clean windows and a little more sunshine in your life.

Until you've had someone clean your house, you can't quite understand how amazing it can be. My wife and I both work. Our three children have activities and keep us running like crazy. We have a dog - need I say more. We've splurged from time to time and had a cleaning lady give us a hand. Nice lady. Works on her own. Did OK work. But ...a random woman who cleans houses has NOTHING on a professional company with decades of experience and take care of the house like we would - if we have time. After the first visit - the DEEP cleaning - I almost didn't want to let my kids and dog into the house. It was like a brand new show home. Every corner. Every surface. CLEAN! Not a spec of dust - how do they even do that!?!?!? No little dog hairs and cob webs in any corner. The blinds were dusted and cleaned. My shower looked like it belonged in a showroom. My bedroom looked like the finest hotel. The other lady we had used ALOT of chemical spray and, yes, the smell of bleach and cleaner seemed like a nice touch, but Mother Bee's uses the right cleaning products in the right places (sorry ...my other lady couldn't read English so well). After Mother Bee's came, it smelled clean, sure, but not overpowering. Mother Bee's even made a list of cleaners and products they like their clients to have so they can do a better job. Ask and you shall receive. For the second visit (we ask them to come every other week and we got SO lucky to get a Friday morning slot so I can come home from work on Friday to a brilliantly clean house), we had them armed with everything they asked for. Two women worked for the morning and, well, if I thought the initial DEEP CLEAN was a fluke, I was wrong. Seriously. I'm sitting her on Saturday morning, about 24 hours from when they finished, and the place is immaculate. I can enjoy me weekend and work on some other chores and not worry about cleaning the bathroom, floors, under the beds and dressers, blinds, vacuuming ...well, I don't have to worry about anything and because Mother Bee's are total professionals, they know how to clean better than I do - period. Seriously. Give me three hours to clean my house like this and probably somewhere during hour #2, I'm going to be depressed that I would've have nearly half the work done, and I'd be tired, and ...well, it would SUCK. Mother Bee's is reasonably priced but worth EVERY PENNY! The air in my home feels clean. Everything is dusted. If I was selling my home, this is what it would look like. My oven is clean. My microwave is clean. I told them, you don't have to clean the laundryroom ...BUT THEY DID, ANYWAY!!! That room is usually a dump (where we "dump" everything we don't want to look at). I'm going to eat breakfast off the floor in my shower (not really ...but I could). PLEASE ...I BEG YOU. If you have the means and have been asking around to your friends, "hey, does anyone have a good cleaning lady?" Stop asking. Call Mother Bee's. Give them a try. Mother Bee's just might change your life!!! read more

I called Mother Bees cleaning as a recommendation from my sister. I had a condo that was rented out and needed to be cleaned after the tenant's lease was up in order to put it on the market. They came out evaluated the place and gave me a decent price. After them going over to the condo, which they did a day earlier than expected, I was really pleased with what I saw. They went through the place THOROUGHLY and deep cleaned the entire condo without anything left! I don't as very impressed. The cleaner busted her butt and spent over 7 hours in my house. She did beautifully other than the grout. Truly working her tail off and a remarkable attention to detail elsewhere. Eventually figured out to use my translate app to ask if she wanted a water or something. I don't think she took a break at all. Started in the back of my house and went room by room. UP vacuumed but DID NOT MOVE ANYTHING OR DO UNDER FURNITURE. UP dusted but DID NOT MOVE ANYTHING. We called the office and complained to Trianphy (called Tree). Nothing was done to correct our home. Two weeks later the crew returned. When we asked if they were told of our complaint, they said they were not told. Again, UP cleaned in the same matter. After they left, we called and cancelled our service. Samantha is the only reason for the 3 stars.
