My experience with the male therapist was not good at all. Daniel Smith injured me so I am now limping and using a cane. He applied excess force. The Company denied the injury and did not offer help. One of the owners, Daniel Navarro took a walk-in patient during my visit time. From the first day, every single person on staff helped me to feel like a champion. I left my first session with the same encouragement I carry today! I arrived last week, with RX and crappy Humana Bronze level insurance, to find out at check in that my portion of the payment was going to be upwards of $80 per session. I had 12 sessions prescribed, so I was not able to afford such, as it was either groceries and gas, or get therapy! I thanked them and started to leave but Michael, the therapist, offered to do an assessment to give me some tips on what I could do at home to help my physical pains. I was very pleased that they took the time and were so kind. The following morning I received a call that they have done a lil digging! They were able to get my visits at a lower cost and I was able to get closer to a budget, and with help from my family, I am now attending the required visits. My first visit Friday changed my entire aching left side into a functional left side. I was able to enjoy the weekend, and did not need any pain killers nor took the muscle relaxers on Sunday night! I am super happy with the 1st results, and definitively happy to continue with my next sessions. I already had another one today and feel a lot of relief, especially my shoulder that was keeping me from working the required hours I need to get $$ at work! The location has ample parking, and it well kept, clean inside and spotless equipment!

Ingrid Anderson is not only good at what she does--she's a phenomenally great person to talk to and confide in as well. Trustworthy, smart and dynamic. Bring your issues and she'll know how to fix them. She had surprising, drill-down knowledge of my male-centric issues and had a pointed empathy that really struck a cord (letter changed for the intended bad pun). In addition to all that, Ingrid gave me some great pointers on how to exercise in a smarter way that doesn't tax the body as hard as traditional stuff.
