Now I have gotten 2 bills for a visit over 4 months ago due to the wrong insurance being given to third party labs. When I called this office to verify our insurance they have the correct information at the front desk. I asked for the billing department and was told they will have the same information so it's a waste of time to call. I still called and got forwarded to a voicemail mid business day. These labs are getting the wrong info from somewhere but I won't know because billing doesn't answer their phone. I'll be finding another urgent care from now on. They get a 2 because the visit was mediocre and not treated as "urgent" but we still got seen.

After my first required sessions were finished they wanted me to sign again with an only $10 copay. Sessions lasted 5 months. In November I got my FIRST BILL from them after 5 months totaling almost $500 with what they said was my responsibility after my insurance payments to ATI. Why wait 5 months to send my first bill, and when they realized I owed more $ month to month why wasn't my co-payment increased? They withheld this information thinking we would cancel the therapy is why. They will be reported to the BBB and consumer protection agency.

Despite this, I had to contact their team multiple times just to try and make an appointment. Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with were not knowledgeable about their own policies, and the management seems generally poor. I was given conflicting information, like, "Oh, we don't take chropractor referral, but we take primary Dr's one," and so on. They seemed completely clueless. Furthermore, the way the team responded to me felt highly unprofessional and lacked basic ethical customer service. Thanks to my insurance, I can get care anywhere I choose. I will not be calling this incompetent team again.

I chose this location because it was 10 minutes from where I live. I was assigned to Bonnie who's one of the hand therapist. She immediately made me feel very welcomed. She has a great personality and just made me feel comfortable working with her. She listened to everything I had to say and reassured me that what I was feeling was typical in terms of what I was going through (carpal and radial tunnel syndrome). She explained everything we were doing in detail and always ensured I had everything I needed. After a few weeks I stopped therapy, had surgery, and chose to return to MedStar NRH Pasadena because of the wonderful experience I had. I once again started working with Bonnie and had, what I felt, was a continuation of the best care I've had. I still come here for physical therapy due to a shoulder issue (I'm all sorts of broken) and still work with Bonnie. I've gotten to know the front office staff and they are always so professional and nice. I really look forward to my appointments because each one has been such a pleasant experience. Knowing that one day I'll have to end my therapy does sadden me because I've bonded so well with Bonnie. Having had some experience and background in exercise physiology, several major joint surgeries and…read morepost-rehab PT over the years, I thought I knew enough for self-help PT on my injured shoulder, having been broadsided while riding my bike by another cyclist moving at a high speed. While I wasn't too far off track on the general exercises, I learned from the excellent, skilled therapists at Patterson that I was doing several exercises entirely wrong, some were even detrimental to my rehab plan. I've never been to a PT office where a licensed, experienced PT spent the entire hour with me, offering guidance throughout the entire process. They pay close attention (without being annoying). And even though I was approved for weeks of PT, they are 'graduating' me early as a result of progress made, abiding by an honesty policy that Patterson is known for in the community; you can fully trust their work, dedication to healing and the friendly atmosphere.
