This class was half trampoline work, half floor work (ropes, weights, body exercise)...The rebounder took some time to adjust to but by the end of class i didn't want to get off. Great community atmosphere as well. Its a bit of a drive for me to commit to regularly, but plan on dropping in. The owners are really cool as well and care about what they do. Go check em out!

Now, out of nowhere, I'm being told I can't use my remaining credits unless I pay again to reactivate an "agreement" I never agreed to in the first place. Trayvon, the manager, has been giving me conflicting and frankly dishonest information. First, he claimed my credits were expired. Now he's suddenly saying they aren't expired -- but I still have to pay $119 to access something I already paid for. Funny, because just last week he told me it was $99. So which is it? To make matters worse, they recently got a new owner, and apparently, they think that means they can just rewrite the rules and ignore all existing customer agreements. Sorry, that's not how franchises work. A change in ownership doesn't void previous obligations -- it's called honoring your business's commitments. This location is shady, unprofessional, and clearly more interested in squeezing customers for more money than providing the service they promised. I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere to a place that values honesty and integrity.

I am really pleased with the results in just two visits and I look forward to my future sessions. I signed up for two 50 min sessions a month for three months and after that it becomes a monthly contract. I booked my sessions about two weeks ago as I know I will make time for me when I put myself on my schedule. They are open on weekends and I like to go after a long run or race to help with recovery. I even received homework of videos to watch and stretch with, so I put that on my daily calendar to make it a good habit. After all, a Tae Kwon Do instructor told me many moons ago that "Aging is the gradual loss of flexibility" so Stretch lab is helping me to stay young!

First the good news…read more.. I've had appointments with 3 different therapists and all were great. My mobility and flexibility have steadily improved over the last three months while my pain has decreased. Now the bad news... Your "membership" will include credits for some number of visits per month. Those credits will expire at the end of the month, so use 'em or lose 'em. If you need to suspend your membership for whatever reason (e.g. I travel a lot), StretchLab will charge you $15 to suspend your account and not lose any existing credits. I signed up for a 3 month membership and planned to continue my membership but reduce my visits from 4 per month to 2 per month. However, StretchLab charged my card automatically for an additional 4 visits in the next month. When I called and mentioned I had signed up for a 3 month membership, I was informed that monthly renewals occur automatically and require a 31 day notice to end the membership. It's a good service, but caveat emptor. UPDATE: thanks for your response, Shannon. However, at the onset I agreed to four visits per month for three months. I did not consent to ongoing charges. I came for a 6 am Barre Fusion class to kick off my week of unlimited classes. It was MLK day so…read morepeople may have opted to sleep in because there was only one other person in attendance. The instructor Ashley was welcoming and explained the difference between Forme and other barre studios. As it was described, and as I would soon learn, the difference was in bigger motions. Barre workouts tend to involve a lot of subtle pulsing motions. At Forme the movements are bigger which meant I'd be activating more muscle groups and getting my heart rate up. They incorporate some smaller motions as well. For the Barre Fusion class we did standing work for a while and then eventually transitioned to the floor for glute and core work. Ashley's cues were very helpful. We ended up using a resistance band, a small ball, and a single glider. It's crazy how you can get a great workout in with such small and unassuming equipment. By the end of class I left feeling challenged but still really good. The 55 minutes went by quickly. I knew I got a great workout when I felt sore later that evening. I also got to meet the owner Donna as the next class was getting ready to start and she was really sweet. She let me know that aside from the classes they also host social events which is nice. The other classes I tried: Barre Fusion Lift This class incorporated a weighted bar into the exercises. There was quite a bit of pulsing, squats, and lunges (front, reverse, side, and curtsy lunges). The bar was used during the ab/core section as well which really kicked things up a notch. We also used resistance bands and a small step stool. Overall I really liked this class. The pace was upbeat and there was minimal rest which kept things challenging. This class was 55 minutes. Barre Fusion Sculpt This class incorporated more ballet-inspired moves (plies and releve when we were at the barre) than Barre Fusion Lift but the tempo/pace was very much upbeat. The hand and ankle weights added more resistance and with the high reps there was a good burn throughout. The instructor, Lauren, was energetic and motivating which made the 55 minutes go by quickly. Booty Barre This class was the most ballet-esque of all the classes I tried. Donna was really good about giving people modifications either to make the moves more challenging (stand in releve) or to accommodate people with injuries. I wasn't drenched in sweat by the end but I got a good glute and quad burn. Just as a note in terms of overall level of difficulty, I'm very active (I workout five times a week) and consider myself to be in good shape. I found the Forme classes to be fun but challenging. Other details: Toward the end of each class the instructors came around and placed wipes by our mats so we could wipe them down. They have open cubbies where you can store your belongings, two changing areas, and a bathroom with toiletries and a hair dryer. The parking lot is shared and on the smaller side but I never had issues getting a spot (I exclusively came to the 6 am classes). Overall I really enjoyed my week of classes and will be incorporating Forme classes into my workout regimen.
