I've never asked. They have an elite team of trainers that are dedicated to their work and will push you. They all are as fit and talented as their fit physiques imply. They will unlock a strength, power and resilience in you that you never even thought you had. I train with Cam and he is AMAZING - creates great muscle building and endurance workouts. Prepare to lift heavy. After a session or class with any of their trainers, you can enjoy a protein shake, wrap, cold pressured juice or smoothie from the juice stand onsite, Perfect Pair Juice Bar. They offer a great variety of nourishment to help your body recover after a good burn. They also sell juice cleanses that WORK (if you strictly follow their directions)! I lost 8 on their 3-day juice cleanse. Overall, the best part of this place is the solid community you gain with other gym patrons that you train with. You may start or end your days together with the common goal of improving your quality of life. The people here are serious and will show up consistently to workout with you and support you. The online registration and class reservation was a breeze. Miles (the coach) greeted us when we arrived and helped get us assimilated to the gym, equipment, and group. He did a great job providing an overview of what to expect, direction on form when needed, and was encouraging/motivating throughout the session. The experience was much better than I expected my first out of state drop in to be. I am certainly coming back each time I'm in town. I highly recommend for all levels -- it's a friendly, supportive environment. Thanks for the wonderful workout !

I am the kind of person that enjoys working out around people that look better than me. When I am doing a set and I glacé over and see bulging biceps or 6 pack abs I am encouraged to do some additional reps!! She is relatable, educates her clients, and asks questions about each person unique goals for fitness. Latretha trained my dad, Dan, at 83 years young for several years before his recent passing. She came to the house 2-3 times a week to walk with my Dad around the neighborhood and lift weights with him to stay as active as possible. The exercises she chose for my Dad really improved his quality of life in areas that most of take for granted. Latretha modified squats to help improve his lower body strength.
