They always charge fair prices and if a new repair comes up, they will call you first to confirm the additional repairs before doing so. Scheduling is super easy, you can just call on the phone and they will tell you when you can drop it off. If it is a super simple repair like fixing a flat, usually you can just drop in and drop it off. I had my sexy gravel bike (see photo) and e-bike repaired here. Some bike shops are scared to touch ebikes, but this shop is one stop shop and does it. Just really happy with the fair pricing and great customer service. RAD cycles keep doing what you do.

Andrea was delighted with every output. However, out of the blue she emailed me to end the project, having a wobble and lost her nerve, deciding that she wanted to remain female and locally focused. She blamed it on me stating that my webcopy didn't capture the ethos of her business. It didn't as the brief was to take it in a new direction to appeal to her core audience and a broader one alike. They were so patient in helping me build my single speed. Emanuel and Blake especially put in a lot of time with me and made sure I was completely happy before I left. They also gave me sick deal on my bike. I was actually blown away when they called me and gave me the total amount for the whole build. I came by to this location to get another opinion on my bike after having some minor issues with…read moreit. Service was very efficient, with a friendly and knowledge staff. What I learned is that even though my bike wasn't in "perfect" shape, it was still safe to ride. And they didn't try to upsell me on a major tune-up, just for the sake of business. They even helped me position my handlebars more comfortably, which made riding smoother on my end. Thanks for all your help Benjamin! :)

Skipping from now on…read more Had my bike serviced from them a while back. Not cheap - all service are expensive, I get this. I might have mentioned the chain was acting up - I don't get it serviced often enough - and perhaps they could check it and replace it if necessary? Got the bike back but didn't use for a few months. When I did, chain was waaay worse after spending nearly $100 than before. Like it was falling off the derailleurs even more than before. By a lot. To top it all off, chain straight out broke a few days later. When I went I complained, they replaced the chain. Not that much apology, no indication how they missed it in the servicing. And, as far as I could figure full price for the chain and service in doing so.
