A friend of mine introduced me to this studio and I absolutely love it. The instructor, Lisa, is AWESOME and really knows how to keep the high energy going in the room. I had never taken a spin class prior to Cycle Crazz, and I'm so glad that I had my very first experience at this location. Though this studio is not nearby (30 minutes away from me), I am more than willing to drive the extra miles just to go there! If you are a beginner or an expert, this is the place to go! I booked the beginner class for my first visit and the inst did a great job going through all the moves and showing us the layout of the reformer. I felt challenged, but not overwhelms and before I knew it the class was over. I have been indoor cycling for many many years and these classes are fun, engaging, challenging, and sweaty. The energy that both Jay and Natasha give is 100% . I have enjoyed both theit classes equally - you will not be disappointed. There are lockers to store your things and you are welcome to refill your water bottle/jug. FREE PARKING. It seems Slim Body Fitness owners, Tommy, Calvin, Paloma, and even other members like to humiliate and abuse certain female members for absolutely no reason other than to be cruel. Do they not think that the individual who has paid hard-earned money and been a loyal member deserves underhanded insults and degredation? Well, apparently they enjoy making enemies of the wrong person. Every dog has her day, as they'll soon find out when they see the public posts about themselves. Those posts should be publicly and widely available by tomorrow. Moral of this story: When you run a business, be nice to customers and clients who had been nothing but nice and even loyal to you. There is one guest who repeatedly occupies 2-3 spaces for herself, leaving very little room for others. Unfortunately, it seems that no one is willing to address the issue or ask her to stay within her designated space. The manager has a responsibility to help maintain a safe and fair environment inside the gym. When someone is taking up multiple spaces and affecting other members, management should step in and address it. If she prefers having more space or a roomier area for herself, she can take the back row where she can have more room for herself without compromising the safety and space of other members. There are reasonable ways to accommodate everyone without allowing one person to take over multiple spaces. I hope the gym takes this concern very seriously and ensures that everyone has equal space and feels safe and respected during class.

A constant puddle is outside the woman's bathroom doorway for awhile now it's a safety hazard yet they don't care. They are charging over $50 month and thats not justified for a poorly maintained and dirty gym. This gym it's really gone downhill and they are constantly changing unhelpful staff for the next rude and unprofessional ones. The coaches explain the workouts thoroughly, warm up members effectively, give great cues and pay attention throughout the entire class, and scale the workouts to all abilities. No one is negative about what they can/can't do and you will not feel singled out at all for being a beginner and going light. *The community here is friendly, kind, and welcoming. They make an effort to plan events and bring their members together. *I personally really liked that they offered an area for the kids with a fully equipped tv with disney plus, hulu, etc as well as a couch, toys, table etc. It was awesome to bring my daughter with me too and she enjoyed herself. I started at Crunch feeling really optimistic. I began working with a trainer and was upfront from…read morethe start about pre-existing injuries that might limit how much I could train. After completing one month of sessions, I discovered I had apparently signed a 3-month training contract -- something that was not clearly communicated to me before I signed. Shortly after, my injuries worsened to the point where I could no longer work out at the gym at all. I called and spoke with someone identified as the manager of the training department, who told me I would be held responsible for the remainder of the training sessions regardless of my circumstances. I offered to provide doctor's notes and medical records confirming I was medically unable to train, but it didn't matter -- I was told there was no way out of the contract. I'd simply have to keep paying and use the sessions "at some undetermined point in the future." I asked to speak with a general manager and was told I'd have to email instead. I sent a detailed email explaining that I needed to cancel my membership (which I was told I couldn't do because of the outstanding training balance) and requesting release from the training contract due to medical necessity. I never got a response. To date, I've emailed three separate times with zero response. The front desk staff have been no help either. I've now had to take steps to protect my finances from auto-debit charges since no one at this location will engage with me. Overall, a very disappointing experience -- not because of the workouts themselves, but because of how poorly management has handled a legitimate medical situation.
