Purchased in March, 2025…read more I love my bike, but I am not happy about the way my purchase process went and is still affecting me. This is not intended to slander anyone, but I don't want anyone to have a bad process like I did. The issues I noticed were poor communication, inaccurate documentation, hidden extra charges, and more. I stopped by to take advantage of the 1.99% APR promotional rate - first thing I told the manager. We looked at my credit and I qualified for the promotional rate. I was sitting with my partner in the room when I was given the different monthly payment options depending on the length of the loan. I was told 1.99% for 36 months or 60 months, but not 48 months (which I thought was weird). I responded that if I could get 1.99% for 60 then I would prefer that. There is a random address on the finance documents unrelated to me, manager doesn't go over the information with me so I assumed it was the finance business address. Paperwork gets signed, sent over, and then he asks if that was my address. Bank had to get called again and new paperwork signed and sent over (extra 15 minutes). I look at the paperwork and the APR says 7.99%. The manager seemed annoyed that I was pointing it out and I blamed myself for not double checking. I was also too upset to keep looking through because I already signed the paperwork and felt like there was nothing I could do. I later asked my partner about it and she heard the same thing. It doesn't end there. I get my insurance, manager says he will send the documents over to the insurance broker and did not do it. The broker keeps calling me asking for it because it hasn't been sent over, so I had to go back and interrupt his next sale to take a picture of the paperwork the broker needed to process my policy. Extra 20 minutes. I look at the contract and notice the listed price that is on the bike does not reflect the markup that the dealership quietly added to the bike for roughly $600 over the sticker price. In addition, I was signed up for an optional debt cancellation agreement for another $410 - was never asked about it and it is not mandatory. $80 for a document processing charge like the dealership isn't already making money on the sale and markup. The paperwork for my wheel & tire warranty with McGraw Powersports still has the wrong address.The more I look into the way this transaction, the more disappointed I am. I can't recommend this dealership because these issues cost me extra time and thousands of dollars. If you do want to buy a bike here, unfortunately, you cannot trust their word and you need to make sure there are no surprises on the paperwork before you sign. Two stars because Indian made a great bike.

Good selection, but bad customer care…read more I took my son there to buy his first motorcycle a couple weeks ago. He saw they had a used Bonneville for a decent price. Because they were the only dealership with a used triumph in his price range, we drove to Newport Beach from the Temecula area to check it out. We got there, test drove it and liked the bike. We ended up coming back the next day to purchase the bike. I rode the bike home from the dealership for my son. Not more than 10 minutes from the dealership, the check engine light on the bike comes on. The shop closed as we were leaving so we couldn't reach out for help at that time. The bike seemed to be running fine so I continued home. As I was about 20 minutes from home, the bike started sputtering and feeling underpowered. I pulled over again and was able to limp it home. Once I got it home, I hooked it up to my code reader and found that I had a bad O2 sensor. The next day we called the dealership to explain the situation in hopes that they could remedy the situation somehow. I asked if they could send me the replacement part and id install it myself. They refused. They said they'd have to look at the bike and that we'd have to bring it back to them. They're 67 miles from my house. I wasn't going to chance riding that far, nor was I going to rent a trailer to get the bike back. Now, it's a used 2010, so I understand that it doesn't come with a warranty and I take the risk with a used bike. But to have the check engine light come on the first day of riding before I even get home isn't ok. I don't think it would have hurt them too much to send a replacement part to us as an act of good customer care and customer satisfaction. They could have done much better. It's unfortunate that they're one of only a few triumph dealerships in the area.
