Philip and Dewayne took great care of me here at OC Honda Kawasaki - give them a call!

Quick Update 6/11/25 - have had EXCELLENT post-sale service from both Philip and Dwayne here at OC Honda Kawasaki -- they've been nothing short of amazing to the folks who have spent their hard-earned money with their dealership! Thank you! Original review: I'd been shopping for a new bike for a few months and just going through my options, dealing with all the dealers in SoCal, online, private party, etc. and recently visited OC Honda & Kawasaki and met with Dwayne. Dwayne is a very chill, calm and friendly (read as "relaxed") guy, and let me look around the showroom and ask him questions as needed. There was no weird stigma or "club" here, where you feel comfortable and are greeted as soon as you come in, and get to check out bikes as well as ask them to pull some out for you to sit on if you're curious about seating position, controls, etc. I left with no pressure, and checked out some other local competitors and then continued to research and figure out what I wanted over the course of another month. During this time, I called Dwayne and asked him questions and he was always helpful and friendly, walked me through his experiences as a seasoned rider on both street & dirt, and was never pushy -- I never felt rushed as I continued to check out all my options. Finally the time came to pick out a bike, and I called and Dwayne put me in touch with Philip, who was also just as kind and a very cool, patient, and helpful person -- one that you can tell really cared about the customer experience. Philip also got me a price out-the-door on a new bike by phone, and I was there later that day to check out the bike they'd priced out for me, currently held in their storage. These guys aren't on commission so you feel free to work with them on your timing, pricing, as well as delivering payment -- they took great care of me. Communication was top-notch from the team; even if Philip was out or off, Dwayne is able to man the texts coming in, and vice-versa, so I always felt confident in my decision and their service. The fact that they're just around the corner from me is the cherry on top. When I went to pick up my bike, I was treated with respect and kindness -- Dwayne took his time to walk me through all the new features (coming from an all-analog older bike), and set my rider modes up as well as guided me through quick-shift options and service. I was kept updated by Philip and the team here from day-one, and the shop is really nice with a ton of new bikes on the floor, some great sales, as well as a ton of helmets and gear - many gear options priced to go as new inventory comes in for the different seasons across all manufacturers. Had a great experience at Orange County Honda & Kawasaki; I got no-nonsense out-the-door pricing, easy and chill service, and a great attitude from the team, what more could you ask for? I'll be back for an Africa Twin when the time comes, thanks guys!

I had an amazing experience with Jeff at OC Honda and Kawasaki. I highly recommend this dealership for friendly service and great deals.

I have been coming to this dealer for the last few years since their part guys can get almost anything and everything. Jeff, Dwayne, and the tall skinny guy (I forgot his name) have been the friendliest and most helpful guys at a dealership that I have ever worked with. After having a little accident with my 2015 zx6r, I needed to get an estimate of the damages for insurance. I usually do all my own maintenance and work as I hear too many horror stories of issues at shops/dealers. Knowing how perfect the service has been at OC Honda Kawasaki, I felt it was a safe spot to get my estimate. I met the shop manager Steve. A quiet, straight to the point guy at first. Took my bike in and said they will reach out. Around the same time, they apparently had some shop staffing issues, which was slowing their work turn over. Steve did a great job keeping up with me on their progress, and in just a few days he put together a beautiful estimate for my insurance. Steve is extremely knowledgeable with motorcycles and clearly knows how the claim process works. He told me it would be a semi-drawn out process, but they are here to help. I look forward to continuous visits here for parts and repairs... Took my bike home yesterday, waiting on insurance now.

Steve did a Awesome repair on my motorcycle that no one else would touch. Some feel he is a little short on conversation-but he is to the point. After owning 11 motorcycles in my life and dealing with other dealers I find him a exceptional Service Manger. My last experience with a Mega dealer who knocked out all the little guys was a Nightmare.

Me and my 2018 Gold Wing

Steve is a first class mechanic, and he's provided excellent service on my bikes for 15 years. I've moved from OC to San Diego, but I still won't let anyone else touch my babies! Jeff has also been an awesome parts guy. He's always looking for ways to save me money. OC Honda is the best shop in So Cal.

    Oil spot under the bike

So we did a first service for my husband's bike - 600 miles. It seemed to be simple enough and we made the appointment. We asked several questions of Oscar and he was very non-comital and we never got a straight answer. When we came to pick up the bike, nobody was at the counters and the sign at service said to press the button - which we did. We waited and waited and nobody came. Eventually there was a sales guy in the other side ringing something up. He eventually got on the intercom and told service to come to the counter. When Oscar came, he asked if we paid yet - unmmm hello - this was out first tine here and the other guy could have asked us what we needed and tell us to pay first. We were never told to go to the other counter first. We dropped it off in service so we were going to pick it up in service. The next day after the service - we noticed oil under the bike. Never leaked before. I called and left a message on their voicemail as they were not open yet. I waited for some time - a week now - no response what so ever. We fixed the leak ourselves but I guess once you paid them - they have no desire to follow up on any issues - answer voicemails etc. I initially thought they were going to be ok but I guess we aren't going back to this place. Not to mention - we drove from Huntington Beach to do this bad service.

The first time I saw the owners son's bike, I knew I wanted it. Through these years I thought we had built trust. Well, Obviously, not with the son Devon. When you pay $20,000 for a bike, you expect it to function for many years. It failed in 10 miles. While bleeding the back brakes, the worst looking fluid ever came out. The shifting lever bracket broke at a grocery lot 1/2 mile from home. I had to suicide shift just to get home, I didn't have AAA towing as Devon had foreseen. I had to reweld the linkage and paint. But being a sleazy, crooked used bike dealer isn't the way they wanted their business to be run.

February I purchased a top of the line Shoei neotec3 helmet with Sena Srl3 ( they installed free ) and it's been a fantastic helmet. Recently my helmet started getting harder and harder to close the modular portion as well as the shield. I called the guys at Speed Addicts and they said to come on down and they would check it out. After the long drive, I got here and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by smiling, friendly people. I explained my concern and immediately Tony and Alex started working on my issues. I came in expecting this shop to stand out by having common sizes ready to buy that day, but almost every helmet I wanted to try was not available in a medium, and the same thing happened with riding gear in common sizes. The inventory screen on the wall was a cool idea, but it felt more gimmicky than useful because it was not very intuitive and did not even bring up a keyboard when trying to search. I ended up needing an employee anyway. Once someone finally came over, he was helpful, answered questions, and helped me confirm sizing. The bigger problem was the store experience. Three employees were behind the counter when I walked in and no one greeted me. The motocross gear section was also messy, with random sizes and colors mixed together, and multiple items falling off hangers just from touching them. The dressing room was also weak: no mirror and not much privacy. Overall, decent visit, but not enough to bring me back. This place has potential, but service, organization, and better stock in common sizes would make a big difference.
