Now this is my experience and a mistake i did, I really hope you don't do the same mistakei did. Please if you have him service your motorcycle, when picking it up please look to be sure everything looks alright to you. Bc I didn't and now i have a f up screw in my clutch handle. I can easily fix this by getting a new screw. But my deal with him was that he should have told me about his mistake working on the motorcycle, but he didn't also he charged me for service to the clutch which he didn't fix. So to keep it short, he is not a man of his word. He twists his words. He is not responsive. And there is no sincerity to his services, let not forget he is pricey. I will NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR SERVICES. Bc little things matters. And If You do receive his services, please be sure to look around your motorcycle for anything that wasn't there before your dropped of the motorcycle, bc he will f up something and don't let you know till you later find out. That would be late to argue with him.

Fred and Mike had it one day, went straight to work on it, could have sold me a new Carb if they were less than standup guys, Instead they fixed everything in a couple hours, took the time to teach me a couple things so I wouldn't have to pay someone if I ever needed to do it again, and their prices were beyond fair. these guys are great! Not money motivated, the only thing they seem to care about is taking care of the bike. My bike runs and rides perfect now, I could not be happier.

It's a great independent shop run by bikers. Very fair prices, way better than the dealer especially on the older bikes. I've had a couple engines rebuilt by Mike and they've been really reliable especially my 103" Shovelhead. Fred has some cool bikes he's built over the years so you can see what they can do.

This…read morefeedback comes after a direct, difficult discussion with the owner/manager of this family business to ensure there is no confusion regarding which location provided this experience. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience that started with the service department and ended with a complete lack of leadership. When I expressed my frustration, the manager's response was effectively, "service is bad everywhere." There was no apology or "how can I help?" Instead, I was given excuses about how difficult it is to find personable technicians and why I should essentially accept a subpar experience. It's clear management is more focused on preserving "margins" than providing professional service. If good service is hard to find, I'd still rather take my business to someone who actually tries. Being content with providing a horrible customer experience is a choice, and it's one this business has made. Recommendation: Save yourself the headache and go to Pony Powersports instead. They seem to understand that protecting the bottom line shouldn't come at the expense of the person standing in front of them.

Had a flawless experience here getting a Dyno Tune in my 2015 street bob! I was slightly hesitant…read morebased on the lack of many reviews online but when I called and spoke with Bob the owner I decided to go with them over other tuners in the area. Their techs have gone to school extensively for Dyno tuning and the bike runs absolutely incredible compared to when I brought it in. Much smoother at all throttle positions and impressive power increase. Went from 84hp and 98 tq on previous map to 95hp and 110 tq on a stock motor with cams intake and pipe. Very impressive numbers!! The story behind this shop getting into Dyno tuning is also comforting- they used to build motors and send it to a guy who did "Dyno tunes" on behalf of their customers only to discover he was flashing a pre-made map onto their bike and sending them on their way. This is very common and I have seen it time and time again with many tuning shops. Lunsford will take the time to dial in your bike and walk you through your results on paper- very honest trustworthy and stand up guys here. Highly recommend for all maintenance repair and Dyno tuning!!

Disappointed with Rife's of Grandview after having great experiences at their Westerville location…read more My main issue is that they entered my visit into CARFAX despite only providing an estimate for minor cosmetic work that I declined. I ended up fixing the issue myself with touch-up paint for a fraction of their quote. Now I have an unnecessary CARFAX entry that could affect my vehicle's resale value. I find it inappropriate to report declined estimates to CARFAX, as it implies work was actually performed. As a side note, I was also concerned about their privacy practices. While waiting in the lobby, I witnessed an estimator having multiple speakerphone conversations with clients, broadcasting personal details to everyone in the reception area. The clients clearly had no idea their conversations were being shared with other customers. While I've had positive experiences with Rife's Westerville location in the past, I cannot recommend the Grandview location based on these practices.
