Bobby was EXTREMELY helpful and got the new compressor installed within an hour or so. I think I found my new mechanic in the Columbus Area. They only do Mobile service for now but that works best for me because he came straight to my apt and fixed my car there! If anyone needs work done I would highly recommend this company. Fast, easy, convenient, and affordable! I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did but they are professional and understand that good service and reasonable prices go a lot farther than most anything else!

He said he will get the parts for me online and asked me to cash app the money so I cashapp him 453.51 which was the total amount for the parts, his wife Melissa said that the parts will be delivered to there address within a week or so...I took my vehicle to another mechanic to have a diagnostic for my airbag light because at the time Bobbie did not have one and the other mechanic did a full diagnostic on the vehicle and found that I did not need the intake manifold or the secondary air infection control valve, that it was only one of the airlines where cracked so the mechanic replaced it for 100.00...I message Melissa back and told her that I didn't need the parts and that she can return them so I can get my money back...she said she would then begin to ghost me and make up stories as to why my refund was taking so long...she said she was sick in the hospital and that she will send it the end of the day last week but never did...she keep saying im going send it, then they both ghost me completely....Im in the process now of suing them, this is wrong how they do people and I will get my money back!!!

    Murphy Mobile Mechanic Service is Excellent and a life saver…read more One day my girlfriend's car didnt start. I thought it was the starter based on what I was hearing. But I wasn't 100%. So my girlfriend was going to take it to a shop and was quoted over a grand. So Instead I looked on yelp and found Murphy's and requested a quote at about 10:50pm on a Friday night. I got a text to my cell phone at 11:02pm just minute's later!! He asked me what I heard and he agreed that it sounded like the starter. He got all the information about the car and said he would contact me in the morning. The very next morning he called me and got the part and was headed over to my apartment to help. He got here quickly and tested to make sure it was the starter before he installed it to save time and money. And got it installed and ready and working perfectly in about 30-40 minutes. He charged us for the part he brought for us and the labor and we ended up paying around 600 bucks when we would have been paying at LEAST twice that at a shop, and we didn't have to worry about towing the car to a shop or anything since he came to us. We were extremely happy and I'd recommend him to anyone. I believe his name was John, If I'm incorrect I'm sorry lol. But he was very good, quick, knowledgeable and convenient. I took his business card and will definitely give him a call for future issues.

    After my 14 years with another dealer, John Germain welcomed me into Germain Subaru by listening to…read moremy concerns and honoring my interest in placing an early order for the new version of Subaru Outback with the release of the class of 2026. John texted me personally to connect me with Clayton Hill who reached out to help me place my order. Another representative--David--kept me updated about the delivery date then met with me when the car came in, honoring my request to keep the delivery process expedient. Although the price was higher than I was originally told by Clayton, David assured me that all was right and finalized the details of the car while I met with Nate--the paperwork guy. Nate definitely was a hero in the process. Writing a check for a new car after 200,000 miles in my old Outback was daunting, but Nate's personable approach and clear expertise about options put me at ease. I have underscored for many people that Nate's interaction with me never felt rushed or "scripted" as some sales associates can be. We talked about the car, but we also shared a few personal stories. Over the next two weeks, I received follow up emails, calls, and thank you gifts from Subaru Corporate and Germain Subaru. To a fault, the team was collaboratively working to make sure I had all I needed as I adapted to this new vehicle. When I had an issue with the way the car and my phone speak to each other, I was welcomed back for a one-on-one conversation about the media function of the 2026 Subaru Outback. When Matthew was unable to answer my questions, the ball passed back to Clayton (who helped me order roof rack parts) and Larry Serfozo (who went out of his way to make sure I had an answer to the audio concerns AND who was there when I picked up my roof rails. He recruited Dave to install them for me while I waited. Again, it was clear that the collaborative goal of the Germain team was to make sure that I was not only satisfied, but comfortable and confident about traveling safely in my new car for the next 200,000 miles. I highly recommend Germain Subaru, with gratitude and respect. Quick follow up. Three weeks after purchasing my car I got a flat in Pennsylvania. The team was great in getting help to me and assuring me that I could drive on the spare back to Ohio. I left a message to order a tire for me so I could come in on Monday to have it installed, but the tire wasn't ordered until I followed up Sunday afternoon. When I arrived on TUESDAY, I had (falsely) anticipated a quick fix and, perhaps, some concession on the price. I learned that there is no incentive to go to the dealership for tires. "At least I'll get a good car wash out of this," I thought, but no dice. They didn't even wipe out the trunk where the dirty tire had been. Pros and cons, like any business, I guess!

With the current supply-demand going on, the haggling has been much worse than ever before. I was referred by a relative to reach out to this dealership. I received straight forward price, trade in amount, and they were able to get the exact Telluride I was looking for. I completed my financing on their website and knew exactly what I was paying before I took the 9 hour drive. I got the call letting me know when my vehicle would arrive so I could plan the trip. Naturally, I worried that once I got there, things would change and I end up wasting all this time. I can excitedly report that my experience was absolutely seamless and the whole process was relaxing. Yes, I said relaxing because I know that's not a normal feeling going to a dealership. (Especially as a woman) Everyone I encountered throughout my process was warm, friendly and easy. Communication was great from the financing standpoint and normally that's where things start getting a little muddled from my car buying experience. I love my new ride and will take that trip when I am ready for another purchase. It's unfortunate that I had to drive so far and that other dealerships are not always this great. I don't think we ever see high ratings when it comes to dealerships but I think we would if happy customers posted reviews more. Shout out to the team here at Germain Kia!
